Talent flow network is a special enterprise relationship network focusing on talent transmission.Because the knowledge and experience accumulated by individuals are embedded in people,the flow of talents brings the transfer of resources among enterprises.Using the talent flow network to continuously obtain heterogeneous resources from the outside has become an important way for enterprises to achieve technological breakthrough in the rapidly changing market environment.After combing the relevant literature,it is found that the academic circles have been involved in the research on the relationship between the characteristics of talent flow network and enterprise behavior and performance,but the conclusions on the impact of talent flow network on enterprise innovation are not unified,and the impact mechanism is not clear.Focusing on the types of R&D talents,this paper constructs a relationship model between the flow network of R&D talents with knowledge transfer as an intermediary variable and the performance of enterprise technological innovation.In terms of research and design,this paper obtains talent career trajectory data through big data mining technology,and carries out large-scale data cleaning according to specific logic.Then,using ucinet6,the R&D talent flow network of A-share listed companies in China’s computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2020 is constructed,and the index values of different dimensions of the network are calculated.At the same time,the panel data of 181 sample enterprises are obtained on this basis.After comparing the panel models,this paper selects the two-way fixed effect panel model,and uses stata16.0 to makes an empirical study on the relationship between R&D talent flow network,knowledge transfer and enterprise technological innovation performance.The regression results show that the centrality and structural hole of R&D talent flow network are significantly positively correlated with enterprise technological innovation performance;Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role in the centrality of R&D talent flow network and the impact of structural hole on enterprise technological innovation performance.According to the research results,this paper puts forward practical suggestions from the perspective of answering the problems of enterprise technological innovation management: Scientifically construct the R&D talent flow network to obtain technological competitive advantage;Strengthen enterprise knowledge management and improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
