The market competition and the environment is changeable these days,organizational creativity plays a more and more important role in organizational innovation.High organizational creativity can resonate with the pace of market development and promote better and faster transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The root of organizational creativity lies in individual creativity.However,organizational creativity is not only equal to the sum of individual creativity,and it is common for individual creativity to be buried.Therefore,how to give full play to individual creativity and turn it into organizational creativity is a problem worth studying.In academic circles,scholars have conducted extensive research on this,but the transformation mechanism needs to be further explored.Therefore,based on the theory of social exchange,this paper finds that advice plays an important role in transformation.Individuals with high creativity need active advice in order to spread their ideas,seek support and remove obstacles,and finally converge into organizational creativity.Therefore,the suggestion behavior is introduced between employee creativity and organizational creativity to explore how individual creativity can be transformed into organizational creativity through suggestion behavior,and further study the regulatory role of opinion selection in the process of individual creativity affecting suggestion behavior,which makes a better supplement for the research on the transformation of individual creativity into organizational creativity.By combing the existing literature,this paper summarizes the four variables involved in the article,the relevant data were collected by questionnaire and spss26 0and amos25 0 processed the data,and then verified all the assumptions in the article.The results show that the individual creativity of employees has a positive effect on organizational creativity;Individual creativity positively promotes suggestion behavior;Voice behavior has a great impact on organizational innovation;Individual creativity has a positive effect on organizational creativity through advice behavior;Opinion taking positively regulates the relationship between employee creativity and suggestion behavior,that is,the higher the employee’s opinion taking ability,the great relationship between individual creativity and voice behavior is much stronger.The research of this paper makes a contribution to uncovering the black box of the transformation mechanism between individual creativity and organizational creativity.Taking advice behavior as an intermediary,this paper studies the impact of individual creativity and advice behavior on organizational creativity.The results show that managers should actively support employees’ advice behavior,create an atmosphere of positive advice,improve their ability to choose ideas,and effectively implement valuable ideas,so as to promote the generation of organizational creativity.
