With the accelerated development of industrialization, informatization, and urbanization, rural areas are not only affected by external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters, and market fluctuations but also face internal problems such as material shortages, population loss, environmental pollution, and ecological overload. At the same time, facing the dual pressure of climate change, frequent unexpected disasters, and weak disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities in rural areas, the negative effects of risks are constantly accumulated and amplified, and the instability and vulnerability of rural development are gradually highlighted. In this context, rural resilience has become an important attribute of rural development, emphasizing the active response to various disturbances and impacts faced by rural areas from a dynamic and developmental perspective. Therefore, scientifically evaluating rural resilience, exploring its influencing factors, and proposing strategies to enhance rural resilience have important theoretical significance and practical value for rural development. This article takes 63 counties in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, based on the "pressure-state-response"(PSR)model,and uses the entropy weight method and comprehensive score method to calculate and analyze the rural resilience level in Heilongjiang Province from2010 to 2020.Furthermore,the spatial Durbin model(SDM)is used to explore the influencing factors, and finally, strategies to enhance the rural resilience level in Heilongjiang Province are proposed. The research results show that: Firstly, from the overall level, from 2010 to 2020,the resilience level of 96.83% of the counties in Heilongjiang Province showed an increasing trend, and the overall average resilience value at each time point has significantly improved.from 2010 to 2020,the average rural resilience in Heilongjiang Province increased from 0.292 in 2010 to0.326 in 2015 to 0.381 in 2020,indicating a significant improvement in overall level.Secondly, from the distribution characteristics of resilience, spatial differences are relatively obvious, but the overall changes in the distribution of counties at each level from 2010 to 2020 are not significant, showing the distribution characteristic of being low in the northwest and high in the southeast, with the "Harbin City-Hegang City" line as the boundary.Thirdly, from the perspective of resilience levels in various dimensions, from 2010 to 2020,pressure resilience, state resilience, and response resilience have been in a state of continuous change.Overall, the three types of resilience have been continuously strengthening.Among them,"pressure resilience" is relatively high, indicating an increased ability to resist disturbances and shocks;"state resilience" is relatively low, indicating weak self-adjustment and adaptation capabilities;"response resilience" is relatively good, indicating a large potential for system transformation and development.Fourthly, from the perspective of the influencing factors of rural resilience in Heilongjiang Province, the level of urbanization has a significant negative impact on the improvement of rural resilience, while human capital, industrial structure upgrading, market factors, and government financial support for agriculture have significant positive effects on the improvement of rural resilience.Specifically, the direct effect of urbanization on rural resilience is significantly negative, while the indirect effect is significantly positive. The direct and indirect effects of population density are both significantly positive. The direct effects of industrial structure upgrading, financial support for agriculture, and consumption level are all significantly positive, but the indirect effects are not significant.Based on these conclusions,a path for improving the rural resilience level in Heilongjiang Province is proposed, including tapping into the potential for population growth, promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industries, expanding financial support for agriculture, and creating a rural consumption environment. |
