With the gradual advancement of globalization,it is an extremely important internationalization strategy for enterprises to improve their performance through international cooperation.Facing the complex and changeable international environment is a new challenge for service enterprises to carry out international cooperation.The trust relationship between cooperative enterprises is an important factor affecting the performance of service enterprises to carry out international cooperation.Based on the systematic review of previous studies by scholars and the theoretical and practical background of the trust relationship and performance relationship between service enterprises carrying out international cooperation,this study summarizes the shortcomings of current studies and puts forward research questions.Based on the trust mechanism and international cooperation theory,the research model is designed with service enterprises as the entry point to explore the influence of trust relationship between cooperative enterprises on international cooperation performance,the mediating role of strategic decision-making speed between them,and the moderating role of cultural differences.Through the data analysis of 413 valid questionnaires,the relationship between the trust relationship between cooperative enterprises and the performance of international cooperation is verified.The results show that: first,the trust relationship between cooperative enterprises positively affects the speed of strategic decision making.The trust relationship between cooperative enterprises determines whether complete and accurate information can be transferred in a timely manner between enterprises.The higher the trust degree is,the smoother the flow of such information will be and the faster the strategic decision-making will be.Second,the international cooperation performance of service enterprises is positively influenced by the speed of strategic decision-making.The improvement of the speed of strategic decision-making is more conducive to the enterprise to gain fleeting opportunities ahead of competitors and seize the market,thus improving the international cooperation performance of the enterprise.Third,the trust relationship between cooperative enterprises has a positive impact on the international cooperation performance of service enterprises.The higher the level of trust between cooperative enterprises,the stronger the willingness of enterprises to continue cooperation,the more conducive to solve the problems in the process of cooperation,reduce the cost of seeking partners and repeated communication;Fourthly,the speed of strategic decision plays a mediating role in the trust between cooperative enterprises and the international cooperation performance of service enterprises.Due to the establishment of deeper and stronger trust between cooperative enterprises,the information sharing between them is more smooth and the communication is more efficient,which improves the speed of strategic decision-making of enterprises and thus improves the international cooperation performance of service enterprises.Fifth,cultural differences negatively regulate the trust relationship between cooperative enterprises and the international cooperation performance of service enterprises.Cultural differences have a negative impact on the international cooperation performance of service enterprises by affecting the communication and understanding between enterprises and affecting the trust relationship between enterprises.This study can clarify the influencing mechanism of corporate international cooperation performance by integrating the trust relationship between cooperative enterprises and international cooperation theory.On the one hand,it can expand the research of enterprise trust theory and international cooperation theory,on the other hand,it can provide some practical guidance for China’s service enterprises to carry out international cooperation. |
