| Since the 1990 s,with the formation of the global market and the rapid progress of information technology, the world economy has taken on an integrated pattern, trade between countries has become increasingly frequent, international production has become increasingly fragmented,trans-regional production chains or systems have been formed, and industrial chains and industrial chain clusters dispersed in many countries have begun to rise.As a major manufacturing country,China has actively integrated into the global industrial chain and become an important member of the international division of labor. However,in recent years, there have been a lot of instability in the world economy. The "return of manufacturing" in developed countries and the continuous increase of regional trade agreements have accelerated the reform of the international division of labor.Facing the great challenge of reshaping the division of labor system of global industrial chain, the cluster development of industrial chain is the inevitable trend of industrial development. What are the characteristics of the current development situation of the global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry? What are the current problems? What factors influence the development and adjustment of the global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry? All these problems need to be studied urgently.Based on the above research background, this paper first discusses the definition and theoretical basis of international division of labor theory, industrial transfer theory, industrial chain cluster and other related concepts.Secondly, based on the inter-regional input-output model, the paper calculates the industrial transfer situation, the advantageous industrial sectors, the source and flow of trade added value of each link of the industrial chain and the development status of the industrial chain cluster in the development process of China’s manufacturing global industrial chain cluster from three dimensions of inter-region,inter-industry and time respectively.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems existing in the global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry according to the current situation, and then discusses the important factors affecting the global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry through empirical analysis.Fourthly, through specific case analysis, the development process and current situation of the global industrial chain cluster of Zhejiang textile and garment industry and Wenzhou textile and garment industry are discussed and analyzed, and optimization suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems,so as to achieve a deeper understanding. The results of this paper are as follows:(1)China’s manufacturing industry transfer from the global distribution pattern to the regional agglomeration development.(2)China’s manufacturing industry has relatively high comparative advantages in the textile and clothing industry, metal products and electrical and mechanical manufacturing industry, but it is still in the lowend processing and manufacturing link of the global industrial chain.(3)The valueadded acquisition of China’s manufacturing industry chain is still dominated by final products, and still mainly occupies the processing and manufacturing links.(4)The global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry is dominated by traditional machinery manufacturing and general processing industry, which shows a trend of regional relocation in the overall division pattern.(5)From the perspective of agglomeration degree outside the cluster, labor structure, economic scale, economic openness and trade agreement relationship play a positive role in promoting the global industrial chain cluster of China’s manufacturing industry; The smaller the economic distance, geographical distance and population size difference, the better the layout and agglomeration of the cluster.(6)From the perspective of industrial chain correlation within clusters, labor productivity, economic scale, economic distance, economic openness and trade agreements can enhance the industrial chain correlation degree within clusters to a certain extent, and the smaller the population scale difference and the closer the geographical distance, the greater the industrial chain correlation degree within clusters. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development, adjustment and optimization of China’s manufacturing global industrial chain cluster. |
