| In recent years,with the increasingly serious trade protectionism,gradually fierce trade war,natural disasters,COVID-19,extreme weather and the Russia-Ukraine war and other adverse factors,global supply chains are facing more and more uncertainty,and the probability of risk is also increasing.In the supply chain risk,the occurrence and probability of supply risk are also significantly increased in the current epidemic environment,especially for Chinese enterprises and multinational enterprises in China,often face the risk of "neck" in raw materials and technology.In fact,the "neck" is to hinder the normal supply of raw materials and technology,resulting in a shortage of supply,and then affect the normal operation and management of enterprises.If supply risks occur in industries related to the novel coronavirus epidemic,they will not only cause business difficulties,but also cause the epidemic to get out of control and affect the normal operation of the whole society.For Company A,A supplier of sensors used in vaccine production,due to its global supply chain,the situation of supply risk in the context of the epidemic and the Russia-Ukraine war is also significantly increased.In this thesis,under the background of gradually increasing supply risk,through in-depth discussion of the specific characteristics of each process of A company,and through the method of reference and consulting company experts,detailed analysis of the main characteristics of supply risk in each process.According to the characteristics,combined with qualitative analysis and simple quantitative analysis,the main indicators affecting the supply risk in each stage are selected.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the weight of each index affecting the supply risk in each process.Finally,after determining the weight of indicators in each stage,combined with the opinions discussed with various departments,the indicators that affect the higher weight of supply risk in different stages are analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed,so as to reduce the occurrence probability of supply risk. |
