| The quality of the raw material has big influence to the quality of final products.Only good raw material can produce good final products.So the quality of the parts pr ovided by the supplier’s directly affect the enterprise product quality and cost,affects the customer satisfaction to the products made by the enterprise,outsourcing parts sup pliers to provide for the development of enterprises plays a very important role.So it i s the key factors to ensure the quality of the whole final products.This dissertation is based on the casting supplier quality management of T compa ny,casting products is the main products of T company,and around 90% purchasing cost of the final parts are castings,so the quality of raw casting parts have great influe nce on the final products.This dissertation will research how to improve the quality of the casting parts purchased from casting supplier and optimize the casting supplier’s p rocess management.So,in bulk production stage,the quality of castings can also be i mproved accordingly.The supplier’s quality management for casting of T company contains for the foll owing aspects: Supplier Select and Approval and contract management;Production A pproval process;Process control for supplier’s casting production.Casting’s supplier a ssessment and elimination Policy.Most of the quality problem is produced in the stage of bulk production due to T company mainly focus on sample production period but l ow focus on bulk production process which caused the casting quality going down.This dissertation gives the solution on how to deal with this problem;This solutio n is based on the production 2GDB which is the most important and biggest sailed par ts in T company.In this dissertation we refer to quality improvement tools mentioned in 6Sigma management such as Flow chat,PFMEA,Process auditing,Products auditi ng and SPC method and so on to continuously improving the supplier’s management c apability of T company. |
