| Nowadays,with the promotion of the Internet and e-commerce,the scale of commodity circulation in my country is expanding,and customer needs are becoming increasingly diversified.FMCG,as a category with high public demand,has the characteristics of multiple batches and small batches.In addition,customers have higher and higher requirements for the timeliness of delivery of goods.These are a giant challenge for the warehousing operations of logistics distribution centers.In the entire logistics supply chain,warehousing operation management is a very important link,which directly affects corporate profits.The scientific and reasonable optimization of cargo space allocation is a key factor affecting the efficiency of warehousing operations,and enterprises must pay attention to it.Under the above background,this article takes the FMCG warehouse in the N distribution center as a case background to conduct research.Through field research,it is found that the FMCG warehouse in the N distribution center has low efficiency of goods in and out,unreasonable classification methods in the storage strategy,and relatively stable shelf stability.These problems are mainly caused by the unreasonable distribution of goods.To solve unreasonable space allocation question,enhance Warehouse efficiency and cut down Warehouse operation cost.The main researches are as follows:(1)This time,we collected daily outbound orders from the warehouse area one of the daily chemical fast-moving warehouse.The data will be collected and sorted out.Due to the large scale of the data,we selected 1067 orders with 687 kinds of goods in a certain period.687 kinds of goods are analyzed by EIQ.At the same time,we consider outbound frequency and quantity of commodities.According to the results,the goods in the area are divided into three kinds of best-selling products,general best-selling products and non-best-selling products;(2)Based on the above analysis,we mainly conduct in-depth research on best-selling products and general best-selling products.According to the final needs of users,different orders the relevance of the above goods is mined and the system clustering analysis is performed again.It is finally determined that the best-selling and general best-selling products are stored by classification and positioning,and the non-best-selling products are stored randomly.This not only improves the storage method of the original warehouse,but also the classification of goods provides a reference;(3)On the basis of classification and location storage,we establish a storage space allocation model with influencing factors of cargo turnover rate,cargo relevance and shelf stability.In the final model solving problem,the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm of fast dominance sorting suitable for solving multi-objective problems is adopted.Through the comparison and analysis of the final solution results before and after optimization,the utility value of the optimized objective function has been significantly improved.In order to further show the effect before and after the optimization of the physical spot position,the layout diagram before and after the optimization of the cargo is drawn through the MATLAB software.From the figure,it can also be seen that the optimization of the shipping position has achieved certain results. |
