With the continuous improvement of the country’s attention to inclusive finance,the development of inclusive finance loan business has also received more positive policy support.Especially in the three years after the outbreak of the epidemic in2020,commercial banks have also had more positive development ideas and paths,providing financial services for more small and micro customer groups,and improving the social and economic structure to a certain extent.It has promoted economic development,and the problem of "difficult and expensive financing" for small and micro enterprises has also been alleviated to some extent.However,if commercial banks only rely on the policy support at the national level and do not face up to their own problems,it will be difficult to promote the sustainable development of inclusive finance loan business.Using the case study method,this thesis takes the H Sub-branch of commercial bank as an example,combines the financial innovation theory,financial development theory,externality theory,marketing theory and the core competition theory of commercial banks,and discusses the development strategy of inclusive finance loan business based on the review of the development status of inclusive credit business of H Sub-branch.This thesis finds that there are three main problems in the inclusive credit business of H Sub-branch: the lack of systematic business development planning,the lack of effective marketing means,and the lack of effective risk management system.Focusing on the sustainable development of inclusive credit business,combined with the actual development status of inclusive credit business of H Sub-branch,this thesis puts forward product strategy and customer group strategy based on systematic planning: product strategy is to improve the inclusive financial product system according to customer needs;Customer group strategy is to refine customer group,expand customer group,pay attention to customer group experience;Based on marketing,channel strategies are put forward: reconstructing internal and external channels,strengthening channel training services,and promoting the sustainable development of inclusive finance loans;Based on the risk management,the risk control strategy is put forward: establishing a scientific risk assessment system,improving the post-loan management mechanism,strengthening the supervision of the loan use.At the same time,this thesis proposes that for the smooth implementation of H Sub-branch’s inclusive credit business development strategy,it is also necessary to provide guarantees from the four dimensions of organization,system,technology and talent.
