Study On The Optimization Of TT Jiangxi Company’s Financial Control Mode Under The Development Of Digital Intelligence

With the development of China’s social modernization level to improve,and constantly enhance its capability of science and technology,our country has officially entered the era of digital economy,"Digitalization"(" digitalization +intelligentization ")has risen to the level of national strategy,it is specifically mentioned in the "Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Formulation of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and 2035 Vision Goal" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy".As the core of corporate governance,financial control plays a key role in improving corporate performance and economic benefits.In the era of digital economy,the traditional financial control mode has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises for fine management and timely and efficient decision-making.Therefore,how to transform the traditional financial management and control mode and how to use the digital intelligent technology to empower the traditional financial management and control mode have become an important topic in the study of the digital intelligent transformation and high-quality development of enterprises.This thesis combines the research status of financial control under the log-intellectualization background of domestic and foreign scholars,applies the principal-agent theory,contingency theory,flattening theory,information system theory and other relevant theories,and adopts the case analysis method,literature review method,field investigation method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.The present situation of TT Jiangxi Company’s financial control mode under the background of digital economy is deeply analyzed,and the existing problems of TT Jiangxi Company’s financial control mode in the aspects of intelligent ability of financial personnel,comprehensive budget,financial information risk control mechanism,internal audit,integration of industry and finance,performance appraisal and so on are summarized.In view of these problems,combined with the actual situation of TT Jiangxi Company in the background of digital intelligence and high-quality development goals,referring to domestic and foreign cases of financial control mode optimization,From different perspectives,the thesis puts forward some optimization suggestions on building ERP financial centralized management system,improving the transformation ability of financial personnel with data intelligence,improving the data intelligence support system of budget control,establishing the data intelligence financial risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,promoting the application and implementation of the data intelligence audit mode,using the big data analysis model to promote the deep integration of industry and finance,and constructing the financial sharing performance evaluation index system.And on the basis of optimizing the current financial management and control mode,it puts forward the safeguard measures to further deepen the function of financial sharing platform and train the intelligent compound financial professionals.This thesis aims to study the optimization and improvement of the digital intelligent financial control mode of TT Jiangxi Branch,in order to provide reference and reference significance for other similar companies and improve the level of corporate financial control.
