Research On The Optimization Of Internal Control Management System In Zhuzhou Branch Of Postal Savings Bank Of China

With the rapid development of economic globalization in recent years,the position of the financial industry in the modern economic system has gradually moved up,occupying the core position of the whole system.The most important pillar of the financial industry is commercial bank,which is related to economic and social development.Postal savings bank branch in zhuzhou is a secondary the whole hunan province the first bank,since was established,and the branch in zhuzhou area plays an important role,but because the number of institutions,staff more large scale,at the same time also has a special operation mode.Therefore,how to improve the current situation of internal control management and optimize its internal control management system is of great significance to deepen the reform and development of PSBC.In this paper,Zhuzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank is taken as the research object.By introducing the theory of five elements of internal control management,daily supervision and on-site inspection are taken as important reference elements.The internal control management of Zhuzhou Branch of PSBC is currently faced with problems such as inadequate internal control management content,imperfect mechanism,non-standard process and imperfect system,which makes it difficult for the internal control to be effective and is a stumbling block in the development process of the bank.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems and in accordance with the principles of independence,dynamics and compliance,this paper also carries out specific optimization design from the content,process,mechanism and system of PSBC’s internal control management system.In order to ensure that the improved internal control mechanism can be effectively and comprehensively implemented,this study also plans necessary supporting measures from four aspects of system,organization,human resources and science and technology.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal control management system of Zhuzhou Branch of POSTAL Savings Bank,which is expected to be of reference value for the bank to strengthen and improve its internal control and enhance its risk management ability,and to provide certain reference and reference for the development of internal control activities of commercial banks such as postal savings bank and other enterprises and institutions.
