| With the continuous development of China’s economy and expansion of the banking business field,the financial cases of commercial Banks occur frequently,and the internal control problems of commercial banks become increasingly prominent.Postal savings bank has gradually changed its management from extensive operation to refined management.Constantly improved the level of bank specialization.However,due to the late start of postal savings bank compared with other banks and the transformation from post office,there are still some problems in the construction of internal control,and a perfect internal control management system has not yet been formed.As the sixth largest bank,which directly affects the stability of China’s financial system with its internal control system status.This paper selects S branch of postal savings bank as the research object to analyze the internal governance status of S branch.Study its internal control system,find out the problems existing in the internal control in the actual work.With the purpose of promoting the effective implementation of internal control and improving the internal control system of S branch.This paper studies the related theories of internal control and internal control of commercial banks by combing the related literature at home and abroad.Through case analysis and inquiry,it understands the main business and process of S branch.According to the financial data of S branch in recent years,the operation data and the optimization plan of internal control management over the years,it analyzes its control environment,risk identification and assessment,control activities,information transmission and communication,internal supervision status from the five elements of internal control,finds out problems in internal control of branch S and analyzes the main reasons for their occurrence.In view of the current deficiencies in internal control management of S branch,from the overall view,based on the improvement of organizational structure and human resource management,and the construction of compliance culture,guided bythe improvement of risk management process,guaranteed by the strengthening of control activities and internal supervision,and linked by the strengthening of information communication and exchange,the internal control of S branch of postal savings bank is optimized,so as to cultivate the correct and comprehensive internal control and compliance concept,improve its risk management ability and ensure the effective implementation of internal control. |
