Study On The Path Of Multi-functional Collaborative Development Of Urban Agriculture In Zhengzhou City

Urban agriculture refers to the modern agricultural production system located in cities and their adjacent areas,which is adapted to the needs of urban-rural integration and meets the demands of urban residents for living,ecology,and leisure.It is a developed form of agricultural development that relies heavily on urban economic and social resources.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the imbalance and incoordination between urban and rural areas are becoming increasingly prominent,affecting the process of urban-rural integration.At the same time,urban ecological problems are becoming more and more prominent,and food safety incidents occur from time to time.The advantages of urban agriculture in strengthening urban-rural connections,protecting urban ecological environment,improving the quality of agricultural products,and ensuring food safety are gradually receiving social attention.Zhengzhou City has a large population base and a strong demand for agricultural products.The level of agricultural supply will directly affect the living cost and quality of residents,as well as the development of the upstream and downstream industries and services of agriculture.There is an urgent need to develop urban agriculture.This thesis takes urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system of urban agriculture functions from the aspects of production supply,economic development,social security,and ecological maintenance,and evaluates the various functions of urban agriculture in the 12 districts and counties of Zhengzhou City from 2006 to 2020.Based on the previous evaluation results,this paper analyzes the time characteristics of the evolution of the coordination relationship between the various functions of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City,studies the spatial distribution characteristics of the coordination relationship between the two functions,and finally puts forward targeted suggestions for promoting the development of urban agriculture in different functional dominant areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From a longitudinal perspective,the production supply function of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City has declined linearly from 2006 to 2020,the ecological maintenance function has increased year by year,and the economic development function and social security function have shown an upward trend followed by a downward trend.In terms of the spatial distribution of each function,the production supply function,social security function,and ecological maintenance function in 2020 all show a layout of low in the middle and high in the periphery.In contrast,the economic development function shows a layout of high in the middle and low in the periphery.The patterns of production supply function,economic development function,and social security function have not changed much from2006 to 2020,while the ecological maintenance function has changed significantly during the research period.(2)In terms of the time evolution characteristics of the balance and coordination relationship between various functions of urban agriculture,in 2006,the production supply function of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City was significantly positively correlated with the social security function,and the social security function was significantly negatively correlated with the ecological maintenance function.In 2013,the production supply function of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City was significantly positively correlated with the social security function,and the economic development function was significantly negatively correlated with the ecological maintenance function.In 2020,the production supply function of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou City was significantly negatively correlated with the economic development function and the economic development function was significantly negatively correlated with the ecological maintenance function.The production supply function was significantly positively correlated with the social security function,the production supply function was significantly positively correlated with the ecological maintenance function,and the social security function was significantly positively correlated with the ecological maintenance function.(3)In terms of the spatial evolution characteristics of the coordination relationship between various functions of urban agriculture,in most areas,such as Zhongmu County,Xingyang City,and Xinzheng City,the relationship between various functions is not significant,and the connection between functions is weak.The coordination relationship is relatively poor in areas such as Jinshui District and Erqi District,where the production supply and economic development functions are involved.The coordination relationship has developed prominently in areas such as Dengfeng City’s production supply-social security function and social security-ecological maintenance function,Xinmi City’s economic development function and social security function,and Gongyi City’s production supply function and social security function.(4)According to the different functional dominant types of each region,specific suggestions for the functional improvement of ecological function dominant type,agricultural production function dominant type,economic development function dominant type,and social security dominant type regions are proposed.
