In 2012,ride-hailing began to appear in the public eye.After ten years of exploration and development,coupled with the perfection and perfection of the government regulatory system,the online car-hailing market is gradually mature and perfect.Many enterprises have applied for online car booking to take photos and enter the online car booking industry,among which there are many large high-quality enterprises.The competition in the online car booking market shows a white-hot trend.In this context,Shaanxi Shangluo Jiaotou Network Technology Service Co.,LTD.,relying on its own network technology service advantages,jointly established JT ride-hailing Company with Inner Mongolia Lightening Travel Technology Co.,LTD.,launched the "Shuangshi Travel" APP,and carried out ride-hailing business in Baotou market.Since the establishment of JT car-hailing company,it has put more than 3000 vehicles into operation in Baotou market,with more than 6500 full-time drivers,the number of registered users reached more than 800 thousand,the daily active volume of 90 thousand people,has a firm foothold in Baotou car-hailing market.Forethought makes success,failure makes waste.Although the current development of JT ride-hailing company is relatively stable and smooth,its external development environment faces risks and challenges,and its internal development still has weaknesses.It is necessary to formulate enterprise development strategy to guide the development of the enterprise,so as to carry forward the internal advantages and seize development opportunities.Based on the above background,this paper takes JT ride-hailing company as the research object,and according to the research logic of "question raising--theoretical researchrealistic research--countermeasure research",comprehensively adopts research methods such as survey research method,PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model analysis and internal/external environment element evaluation matrix.In-depth analysis of JT ride-hailing company’s development status and its internal and external development environment is carried out to provide qualitative support for JT ride-hailing company to formulate development strategy.The research content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the basic part,which clarifies the research background,research significance,research purpose,research ideas,research methods and main research content of this paper,laying the foundation for the research.The second part is theoretical research,including the definition of core concepts,the review of research status at home and abroad,and the introduction and interpretation of basic theories.The third part is the current situation research,using the survey research method to refine and summarize the development status of JT ride-hailing company and the bottleneck dilemma faced,and clarify the feasibility and necessity of formulating development strategy.The fourth part is the analysis of the internal and external development environment,respectively using the external environment factor analysis matrix and internal environment factor analysis matrix of JT ride-hailing enterprise development on the internal and external development environment of quantitative evaluation,clear the external development environment faced with opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages.The fifth part is JT ride-hailing company development strategy,including strategic analysis,strategic objectives,strategic vision,implementation principles,strategy implementation and selection,as well as strategy implementation guarantee.After the study,this paper believes that the current JT ride-hailing internal governance is mature and effective,the business development is stable,the market share is growing gradually,with the feasibility of implementing the strategy.At the same time,it is faced with the challenges of development environment,increasingly fierce competition,internal weak links and other problems,which makes it extremely necessary to formulate strategic development.Through the analysis of internal/external environmental factors evaluation matrix,it can be seen that JT ride-hailing company should make full use of its internal advantages,strive to improve internal deficiencies,seize external development opportunities,and actively respond to external challenges,so as to promote the overall development of the company.Based on the above analysis,JT ride-hailing company should promote the development of enterprise strategy through the four stages of cost control,technology leadership,market share and brand building,and should make efforts from the four aspects of personnel security,resource security,system security and organizational security to ensure the smooth implementation of strategy.
