| At present,different commercial banks in China have different levels of financial risk management.Large commercial banks have initially built a relatively sound financial risk management system,but for rural commercial banks,whether in theory or practice,there are still large deficiencies.With the continuous strengthening of banking supervision by financial regulators,the level of financial risk control of commercial banks has been continuously enhanced on the whole.However,due to the influence of market positioning and strength of rural commercial banks,their ability to improve financial risk control is very slow.With the continuous increase of the intensity of competition in the financial market,rural commercial banks also increase the pace of related business expansion for the consideration of competition,which will inevitably increase the financial risks they face.Therefore,if rural commercial banks want to improve their competitiveness and realize their steady development,they must pay attention to their financial risk control issues,and also need to explore strategies to promote the improvement of financial risk control level in view of their shortcomings and root causes.Based on the actual situation of rural commercial banks,this paper makes clear the types and characteristics of financial risks it faces,takes the existing mature risk theories as guidance,takes Shangdong SX rural commercial Bank as a case,and combines the actual situation of its operation and financial risks to make an in-depth analysis of the current financial risks it faces and the root causes of these problems.For example,the lack of perfect internal control system,in order to establish a sound credit evaluation system,the lack of high-quality talent team and other problems,on this basis,targeted to improve the level of financial risk control strategies.First,improve the internal control process.Combined with the internal and external environment,the internal control system of Shangdong SX rural commercial bank should be further improved,the management quality of non-performing assets should be improved in an effective way,and the credit risk prevention mechanism should be established.Second,strengthen the construction of credit risk assessment.Third,we will build a diversified capital structure and expand financial products and services.Fourth,make full use of new technologies to improve the liquidity risk control level of Shangdong SX rural commercial bank.Fifth,strengthen the construction of personnel and enhance the professional quality of personnel.Based on the problem-level research and the improvement measures proposed in this paper,it is expected to improve the internal environment of Shangdong SX rural commercial Bank and enhance its ability to control financial risks.At the same time,it is also expected that the study of this paper will help other commercial banks to improve their level of financial risk control and provide references for reference,so as to better promote their own future development.However,since this paper analyzes financial risks from the perspective of financial data,the research conclusions may be biased due to the influence of data acquisition and other aspects. |
