In recent years, with the continuous development of self media and social platforms, fresh agri-product e-commerce has ushered in new development opportunities. The origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce,led by "live streaming with goods",short videos, and other forms, has become one of the main models for the circulation of distinctive fresh agri-products.The logistics under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce has a multi-layer network structure, requiring more agile logistics efficiency and more precise quality assurance. At the same time, consumers’ demand for agri-products quality is also showing increasingly obvious differentiation characteristics. It is an important theoretical research issue to consider both efficiency and timeliness in the logistics network design decision under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce,while also considering the needs of consumers for product quality grading. However, existing research on optimizing the logistics network of fresh agri-products usually only focuses on the logistics link of terminal distribution, and almost does not consider the impact of more complex front-end production area distribution links and product quality grading factors on terminal distribution. It is unable to achieve logistics cost control throughout the entire process of fresh agri-product circulation and meet the differentiated product quality and price needs of consumers to achieve the maximization of logistics efficiency and enterprise profits in the agri-product supply chain.T his article comprehensively applies theories such as logistics network optimization and product grading pricing to study the quality grading pricing and logistics network optimization of agri-products under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce.The main research work and innovation points are as follows:(1)A logistics network optimization model was constructed to optimize the delivery and departure time under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce.Firstly,based on the continuous and non-uniform arrival characteristics of consumers’ orders under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce,the following single time constraints are incorporated into the location path planning model to make decisions on logistics issues such as the location selection of fresh agri-product centralized distribution facilities, vehicle route optimization, and departure time simultaneously. Then,a two-stage heuristic algorithm of random greed and mixed genetics was designed to solve the model, and small-scale and medium-scale examples were designed to test the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. Finally, sensitivity analysis was conducted on the main parameters in the model, including transportation rate, time window penalty cost coefficient, quality loss cost coefficient, and time related parameters, and corresponding management insights were obtained.(2)We have constructed a logistics network joint optimization model for agri-product quality grading pricing and optimization of delivery and departure time under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce.Firstly,based on utility theory and consumer welfare function, the quality selection behavior of consumers in the case of fresh agri-product quality grading is characterized and a graded pricing profit maximization model is constructed.Secondly, considering the interrelationship between hierarchical pricing and logistics network optimization, this paper constructs a new model based on the hierarchical pricing model and logistics network optimization model. The model considers the impact of quality loss in the circulation process of fresh agri-products on product prices and the impact of consumer quality choices on logistics network optimization. The goal is to maximize profits, while determining the ideal pricing decision and corresponding logistics plan. Then, based on the two-stage hybrid genetic algorithm in Chapter 3,a fine-grained parallel genetic algorithm was designed to solve the hierarchical pricing and vehicle path planning subproblems in the new model.Small and medium-scale examples were designed to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. Finally, through numerical testing and comparative analysis of the hierarchical pricing problem and the logistics network optimization problem, the results of step-by-step optimization and integrated optimization,as well as the optimization results under different consumer quality sensitivity coefficients and grading standards, corresponding management insights were obtained.(3)An algorithm was designed to solve the joint optimization model of agricultural product grading pricing and logistics network under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce We designed small-scale and medium-scale examples to preliminarily test the effectiveness of the model and algorithm constructed in this paper. We also tested the application effectiveness of the model and algorithm in large-scale real-world scenarios based on the case of QW Company, further verifying the effectiveness of the model and algorithm constructed in this paper.By comparing the logistics costs of enterprises adopting a scheduled departure plan with the optimized departure time distribution plan designed in this article,as well as the total profit of enterprises adopting a unified pricing and hierarchical pricing strategy, corresponding research conclusions and management insights have been drawn. The research results of this article on the grading pricing and logistics network optimization of agri-products under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce indicate that:(1)the logistics plan adopting optimized delivery departure time is lower in cost than the logistics plan adopting fixed delivery departure time. The impact of changes in some cost coefficients within a certain range on the total cost can be offset by changes in other logistics costs, but those related to consumer demand time such as time window penalty cost coefficients p,the impact of changes in consumer expectations for delivery time ET on total costs cannot be offset by other costs, and logistics costs can only be reduced by continuously improving logistics timeliness.(2)Sensitivity coefficient of consumer quality θ The impact of setting different grading standards on total profit varies under different distributions.Too loose or too strict grading standards are not conducive to leveraging the advantages of product quality grading, and suitable standards can maximize sales profits;(3)The strategy of tiered pricing for fresh agri-products yields higher profits than the strategy of unified pricing.A reasonable tiered pricing standard can increase sales profit by simultaneously increasing sales quantity and sales price. The research conclusion of this article reveals the impact of optimizing delivery departure time on the quality of agri-product delivery and logistics costs,as well as considering the impact of agri-product quality grading on logistics network optimization plans and total profits. This provides a reference basis for relevant enterprises to make quality grading pricing decisions and logistics network optimization decisions under the origin collection and distribution model of fresh e-commerce.
