| In recent years,China Construction Bank Hunan Branch has actively responded to the call of the state,practiced the strateg y of inclusive finance,and increased credit lending to small and micro enterprises.The scale of its business has been greatly improved,and it has truly fulfilled its responsibilities as a large state-owned bank.However,with the continuous emergence of new products,the risks faced by small and micro credit loans are constantly being renovated,and even some areas are exposed to concentrated credit risks,which puts more pressure on banks,and it is imminent to strengthen risk prevention and control.This paper selects China Construction Bank Hunan Branch as the research object,adopts a variety of analysis methods to study the whole process risk management of small and micro credit,and formulates a set of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch small and micro enterprise credit business whole process risk management optimization plan.The author refers to and draws on the advanced experience and practices of small and micro credit risk management of domestic and foreign commercial banks,combined with years of work experience,from the aspects of business types,business characteristics,process links,etc.According to the portrait,the bank found that the pre-lending evaluation system needs to be improved,the risk control management during lending is rel atively weak,and the post-lending management is a mere formality.After in-depth analysis of the problems and causes,an optimization strategy was formulated.,which can be optimized by improving the customer credit evaluation system,cultivating a profe ssional credit talent team,and improving the big data platform for small and micro enterprises;for the loan review process,it can be improved by improving the credit approval process,improving the organizational service system,and expanding informatio n mining channels.The post-loan management link can be optimized by improving the credit risk early warning mechanism,strengthening the post-loan management inspection,establishing a reasonable incentive and restraint mechanism,and strengthening the ma nagement of non-performing loans,so as to promote the small and micro credit of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch improve the level of risk prevention and control.The purpose of this article is to improve the whole-process risk management level of China Construction Bank Hunan Branch small and micro enterprise credit business.At the same time,the optimization plan formulated can also provide reference suggestions for other commercial banks. |
