In the environment of increasingly fierce market competition and more diversified customer demands,manufacturing enterprises are paying more attention to the service links with higher added value downstream of the smile curve,and more and more manufacturing enterprises are gradually transforming from product-oriented to service-oriented.With the continuous deepening of enterprise specialized division of labor and the continuous development of the value netw ork business model,the optimization of the manufacturing service system based on the value network is of great significance for manufacturing enterprises to better meet customer needs and enhance their own competitiveness.However,few scholars have studied the structure and dynamic mechanism of manufacturing service system dominated by core manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of value network.Therefore,this paper aims at studying the manufacturing service system dominated by core manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of value network,mainly focusing on the value driving factors,system structure and dynamic mechanism of the manufacturing service system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By constructing and analyzing the structure model of the value network dominated by core enterprises,the meaning and connotation characteristics of the value network dominated by core enterprises are clarified,and on this basis,the value network dominated by core manufactu ring enterprises is further studied,and its main participants,key resources and capabilities as well as key value activities are analyzed.(2)The driving factors of the manufacturing service system dominated by core manufacturing companies are identified based on the systematic literature review,and the binary relationships between the driving factors are determined,then based on the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)method,the binary relationships between the driving factors are converted into a matrix that is convenient for calculation,and then the hierarchical structure model(ISM model)of the manufacturing service system is constructed,the level and influencing relationships of the driving factors are determined,and on this basis,the dependence and driving force of the driving factors are analyzed combined with Matriced Impacts Corises-Multiplication Appliance Classment(MICMAC)method,and the key driving factors of the manufacturing service system are identified through MICMAC analysis.(3)Based on the system dynamics(SD)method,the causal relationship diagram of the manufacturing service system dominated by the core manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the causal relationships and feedback loops between system variables are analyzed,then the variables and their types in the system are determined and the system flow diagram is constructed,and the equations of the variables and the initial system dynamics(SD)model are constructed based on the system flow diagram.And the comparative experimental scheme groups are designed according to different management strategies of enterprises in different scenarios,and then the SD models corresponding to each scheme group are constructed by changing the relevant parameters in the initial SD model.Through simulating the SD models of each scheme group and analyzing the simulation results,the dynamic action mechanism of different management strategies of enterprises in different scenarios on customer satisfaction and corporate profits in the manufacturing service system is explored,and this paper provides theoretical support for the service-oriented transformation and upgrading as well as value optimization of traditional manufacturing enterprises. |
