Research On Mechanism And Evaluation Of High-tech Service Based On Social Network

The high-tech service networking is a new trend in the development of high-tech services. Understanding and study the mechanism of high-tech service network development is inevitable choice for promoting rapid and sound development of the high-tech services. In the context of strategic structural adjustment, the rapid rise of the high-tech industry, undoubtedly, studying the mechanism of high-tech service will be helpful to accelerate high-tech diffusion and technological innovation in China. Therefore, this study has important research value.In accordance with the SCP paradigm of high-tech services, this paper conducted high-tech service network based on social network, studied structures and features of the high-tech services network, the mechanism of high-tech service and the evaluation of high-tech service, to provide an effective method to promote the rapid development of high-tech services and select high-tech service. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the SCP paradigm of high-tech services analysis is the topic of this paper. Combined classical theory with the characteristics of the high-tech services, made clear the concept of the high-tech services, high-tech service innovation and social network; proposed the high-tech services analysis SCP paradigm:the high-tech network structure based on the social network service effecting on the service behavior of the high-tech service enterprises (technology diffusion), the role of high-tech diffusion of the innovation performance of the high-tech service network, as well as in the high-tech service network, high-tech network structure on the mechanism of action of the high-tech service innovation performance.Secondly, difined the concept of high-tech service network, and made a further clear about its types, causes, evolutionary process as well as the structure and characteristics, which laid the foundation for the study on the mechanism of high-tech service. High-tech network is a network organization, in response to the complexity in the high-tech service innovation, which is formed by high-tech services enterprise with high-tech and advanced service capabilities through formal or informal cooperation, and its purpose is to provide specialized value-added services for production and market development. It further confirmed the network of high-tech services in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park with the method of Social Network Analysis.Thirdly, analyzed the relational structure among the influencing factors of high-tech services using Interpretative Structural Modeling in systems engineering, and built a conceptual model on the mechanism on high-tech service of high-tech service network, technology diffusion and high-tech service innovation, and made the further validation of its network analysis paradigm by Structural Equation Model. According to this, service quality, service ability and information sharing not only have direct impacts on service innovation, but also have indirect effects on service innovation through the spread of technology, this further explained high-tech services can play a greater role in the network structure. But the effect on technology diffusion to service innovation is not highlighted, which exactly indicating the agents of high-tech service is in the early gathering of network. Although service content, relations of cooperation, customer loyalty do not have a direct impact on service innovation, they actually play a certain role through the technology diffusion of high-tech service network.Fourthly, proposed evaluation index system of high-tech services and completed evaluation. This paper established evaluation index system of high-tech services with high-tech network agents and relations. It carried on the pre-evaluation based on Vague Set of multi-objective decision, providing a judgment basis for choosing high-tech service.This paper has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance. After it demonstrated impact of the high-tech network structure for the mechanism on high-tech service, this paper points out the ways of enhencing technology diffusion and improving high-tech service innovation, and provides the pre-evaluation on choosing high-tech service based on social network. This paper makes some innovative works from research perspectives, approaches, evaluation system, empirical research and others.
