In recent years,affected by the epidemic situation,China’s economic development tends to be flat,and both personal financial customer marketing and corporate financial customer marketing have become important profit growth points that major banks and financial institutions are competing for.At present,there are many kinds of banks in China.Besides the six state-owned banks,there are many joint-stock banks.The competition between them is fierce,and even vicious competition such as profit reduction has appeared,which has a negative impact on the development of all major banks.In order to break through this dilemma,banks need to find new business growth points and formulate new marketing plans.Among many banking businesses,public business is an important profitable business,accounting for a large share of deposits and loans,with high stability and strong ability to resist risks.Moreover,corporate deposit products can be converted into stable interest income.However,facing the rising cost of corporate deposits and the declining net interest margin income,the banking industry should actively respond to the challenge of interest rate marketization.Improving the competitiveness of banks will be the development of HF in Postal Savings Bank.Taking the corporate deposit business of HF Branch of Postal Savings Bank as the main research objective,this paper reviews and studies the development history of customer marketing of commercial banks at home and abroad,and makes a judgment on the theoretical research of commercial bank management,banking marketing,customer manager service and marketing on the basis of commercial banking,mainly adopting STP theory,4P and extended product marketing theory,4C and 4R marketing theory,Through questionnaire survey,SWOT data analysis,Porter’s Five Forces model research,PEST data analysis and other research methods,this paper studies and analyzes the marketing problems existing in the corporate deposit business of HF Branch of Postal Savings Bank.After in-depth research,it is found that there are some problems in the marketing of corporate deposit business of HF Branch of Postal Savings Bank,such as single product category,complicated process and low professionalism of customer manager team.According to the above situation,the STP strategy,product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy suitable for the development of corporate deposit business of HF Branch of Postal Savings Bank are formulated.The marketing strategy of corporate deposit business of HF Branch of Postal Savings Bank is optimized from these four levels.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of the company,safeguard measures such as the guarantee of human resources team,service guarantee of operating lines and the mechanism of strengthening risk warning are put forward..
