The banking industry should find and create products that meet the market requirements,make good financial products,and deliver them to the actual demanders in the market,and earn operating profits from the product settings that satisfy the demanders.If we want to achieve such a profit source,marketing is an important and indispensable link.Then how to carry out effective marketing compared with other ways,so that the various internal and external links involved in the marketing process can work together.The personal financial management business of Q Branch of Postal Savings Bank develops rapidly.The financial products issued by Q Branch of Postal Savings Bank have made great progress in the quantity,scale and audiences.However,due to the short development time of personal finance business of-Postal Savings Bank,there are still many problems,such as:lack of brand effect;lack of high-end customers,high-end customer stock is inferior to the same industry;lack of high-quality professional customer managers;imperfect marketing model;risk and so on.Based on the analysis and study of the current situation of personal finance business of'Q Branch of Postal Savings Bank,and combined with some common practical problems existing in retail business of domestic commercial banks,this paper puts forward some marketing strategies suitable for the development of Postal Savings Bank,such as channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy,display strategy and and process strategy.At the same time,it also puts forward the relevant safeguard measures that the Q Branch of Postal Savings Bank needs to do well in order to realize these strategies,such as strengthening the guarantee of the organizational system of retail management,the guarantee of retail management staff training,the guarantee of retail management technology and the guarantee of the internal management mechanism of retail management,so as to ensure retail management of the Q Branch of Postal Savings Bank.Business is developing healthily,steadily and continuously.
