Smart cities and smart urban agglomerations,as the primary application scenarios for the development of new information technologies in the digital age,can continuously amplify urban energy levels and radiation effects,strengthen the connection between cities,and promote coordinated development in a larger area.The "Digital Silk Road" initiative provides an opportunity for the times to promote the construction of smart urban agglomerations along the"the belt and road initiative".It is increasingly important for China to strengthen the development path of regional economic cooperation in the form of building a digital silk road.However,at present,the regional development level of China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt in China is backward,and the coordinated development between cities and urban agglomerations faces many problems.The research on the evaluation and coordinated development path of smart city groups in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt provides a basis for discovering the current level of smart city construction in this region and formulating a coordinated developmentplan for regional smart city groups,which is helpful to solve the imbalance of regional development in China,cultivate new growth poles in China,promote the development of the "the belt and road initiative" digital age and enhance the efficiency of international cooperation.In this paper,firstly,a three-dimensional evaluation system of smart city-intelligent input support,intelligent subject application and intelligent vision target evaluation system is constructed,and the entropy method is combined with three multi-criteria decision-making models(TOPSIS,VIKOR and WRSR)for comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,according to the shortest time distance between the smart city level and the smart city,using gravity model and social network analysis,this paper analyzes the network association structure of the smart city group in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt:analyze the network status of each smart city from the centricity characteristic index.The cluster analysis is used to divide the sub-groups of smart cities in this region,and the core or edge position of each smart city in this region is calculated by core-edge analysis.The wisdom subgroup obtained through social network analysis is compared with the existing urban agglomerations in this region,and the wisdom city subgroup is further revised.Finally,the coordinated development plan of smart urban agglomeration in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt is obtained.The research findings are as follows:(1)According to the comprehensive evaluation results of urban wisdom level in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the level of smart city construction in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt is low,and it mainly focuses on the early investment support and the application of subject wisdom.The construction and development of smart city groups have not yet promoted the progress of the overall development vision of the whole city.From the perspective of individual cities,Chengdu,Xi’an,Kunming,Chongqing,Lanzhou and other cities performed well.(2)From the analysis of individual network characteristics of smart urban agglomeration in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Chengdu,Yulin,Xi’an,Nanning,Mianyang,Guangyuan and other cities are all in a high-level situation,which is the key node in the network and closely linked with other cities.(3)According to the analysis results of the overall network characteristics,the 16 cities of Xi’an,Chongqing,Chengdu,Xianyang,Ya’an,Mianyang,Suining,Luzhou,Leshan,Zigong,Deyang,Neijiang,Meishan,Ziyang,Yulin and Beihai are the core node cities of the entire network.The China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt can be divided into eight sub-groups of smart cities,in which the West Salty Group leads the development of the northwest region,and the SichuanChongqing sub-group coordinates the development of the southwest region.This paper makes an in-depth theoretical analysis of smart urban agglomerations,tentatively constructs a three-dimensional evaluation system of urban intelligence level,and promotes the deepening and expansion of the research on urban intelligence level evaluation.Based on the level of urban wisdom,this paper analyzes the characteristics of regional network structure,which enriches the research content of smart urban agglomeration and its coordinated development.On the practical level,this paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of smart urban agglomeration in China section of the Silk Road Economic Belt from the aspects of the development status,network structure analysis and coordinated development path of smart urban agglomeration,so as to provide reference for promoting the construction of smart urban agglomeration and putting forward its coordinated development path. |
