| The huge size of the market and consumer groups in the Silk Road Economic Belt will stimulate further cooperation in transport,energy,trade,finance and other fields,and cultivate new economic growth point and an open frontier,promoting coordinated sustainable regional development,eventually lay the foundation for the formation from eastern Asia economic circle to western European economic circle.Discussing the temporal evolution of economic development in the Silk Road Economic Belt can provide theoretical reference to enhance concentration,to expand the radiation scope of central cities,to deepen exchanges and cooperation among the cities.Urban agglomerations are the center of the country’s population growth and economic gathering place,where can promote the national(regional)economic development,cultural prosperity,participating in the core area of international competition.As the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization continued in China,the urban agglomeration has become the most dynamic and influential core areas in the future economic development but also the core growth pole and fulcrum of Chinese productivity layout and has a variety of production factor mobility convergence and diffusion functions.Using mean square error method to solve city development index in the Silk Road Economic Belt,based on the development index of cities,county level cities and urban agglomerations the main result are as follows:(1)the development index overall level is low and the obvious gap between the eastern,central and western.Development index level Ⅰ city unit of 8 cities,the proportion is about 10.52%,on the contrary,development index for Ⅳ level have 44 cities,accounted for about 57.9%;County-level city development index level Ⅰ has 13,accounted for about 15.8%,on the contrary,city development index for Ⅳ level have 35 cities,accounted for about 42.6%.Overall,the sea-land position,economic foundation,the innovation input factors,such as,the Silk Road Economic Belt in eastern gathered the most Ⅰ unit level cities,and gathered the most western city unit Ⅳ level;(2)The Silk Road Economic Belt various areas within the city level of development index presented by diminishing around the city center to distribution.County-level cities showed more obvious development index level,with the center of nanjing,zhengzhou,urumqi have 45 cities,which accounts for about 54.87%,urban unit and formed the development index high value area of three cities,with the center of nanjing city development index group performance,including development index level Ⅰ of 12 cities,whose unit weight is 80%;(3)The level of urban social development index and innovation level restricts the city level of ascension,the constraints to the latter one is more significant.Embodied in innovative companies,the output value of high-tech industry,the number of patent license,and lagging development of innovation factors,such as number of college students,therefore,increased investment in city innovation is an effective way to improve the level of urban development index;(4)Urban agglomeration level and its changes present the east high and west low pattern,because of the urban agglomeration in the eastern development level is always higher than other areas,and maintained a steady growth,and low level of urban agglomeration in the mid-west cities development index,combined with the volatile,further widened the development gap between each other;(5)From the view of numerical point,three year development index between the maximum and minimum values were 0.1946,0.3370,0.3383,development index gap trend is obvious;Viewing from the quantity,growth rate,the eastern urban agglomeration development index where high value area continue,the development index growth rate higher city rising,so as the low urban agglomeration in the mid-west area,growth rate of negative change to the number of cities is small,thus further expanding the development index difference between the eastern and western urban agglomeration;(6)In the eastern part of Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations gradually form the high value for the center with shanghai-nanjing-hangzhou area,shanghai has always been the core of these cities,regional cohesion,influence scope expands unceasingly,on the contrary,the western urban agglomeration development index is generally low,low development index areas appear,and radiating and driving of the primate cities have little effect on the surrounding cities;(7)The high value areas and low value areas have continued to increase,forming the "S" shape distribution pattern.Seen from space interpolation,the development index area of the city in three periods has increased by 3.69% whose development index less than 0.025 and the city has increased by an average 6.56% whose development index greater than 0.2,the range of high value is widening. |
