| The development of Internet technology has brought about huge changes in production,and as a result,a large number of Internet companies have been born,and the e-commerce platform industry is the representative of the Internet industry.Platform companies use their own information advantages to integrate upstream,downstream and related industries to form a value network of e-commerce platforms.As the core enterprise of the value network,the platform drives the development of all nodes in the value network through the operation of the platform business,balances the interests of each node,and creates value collaboratively.With its unique business model,PDD builds and improves its own value network and realizes continuous value-added,which is worth studying and learning.This paper analyzes the process of PDD e-commerce platform building,operating,and improving its value network to achieve value-added.First,it provides theoretical support for the article based on relevant theoretical research;The value network of the e-commerce platform is taken as the research object,and the construction and improvement process of its value network is discussed in detail,as well as the value-added process of the value network in the start-up period,the investment period and the expansion period.Through the analysis of the value-added effect of the PDD e-commerce platform,it is found that there are still problems in each node of the value network of the PDD e-commerce platform.The paper cuts in at each node primarily,such as providing high-quality services to meet customer needs,improving traffic conversion rate;reducing the cost of merchants’ entry,introducing high-end brands,guiding merchants to conduct healthy competition,increasing platform revenue;improving fee structure,increasing R&D expenditure,enhancing platform image,increasing payment scope;reducing the payment-side commission and building the agricultural intelligent logistics system.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn.PDD has achieved remarkable results at the current stage.It has taken another way to seize the market from the encirclement of mature e-commerce platforms,but it is still in a state of loss and the platform has a poor reputation.Therefore,it is necessary for PDD to improve competitive advantage,optimize continuous value-added capability and increase the value of e-commerce platform and its value network.As a result,more e-commerce platforms can learn from PDD and realize value-added. |
