Research On Operation Performance Of PPP Project From The Perspective Of Configuration

In recent years,China’s economic development has entered the new normal and developed rapidly.Public facilities construction and public service projects play an important role in it.Therefore,the related fields of PPP model have also become the research focus of scholars.At present,the development of PPP project in China is in a new stage of promotion,the increase or decrease of success rate and landing rate fluctuate greatly,and the operation performance of PPP project is also uncertain.In order to improve the operation performance of PPP project and further deepen the development of PPP project in China,this paper proposes to conduct multi factor analysis and Exploration on the operation performance of PPP project from the perspective of configuration analysis,and improve and optimize the operation performance management mechanism.Through the study of relevant literature on similar topics,it is found that the selected research direction has research space.Based on operation performance theory,stakeholder theory and configuration theory,this paper puts forward six influencing factors of PPP project operation performance through literature method,multi case analysis method and qualitative comparative analysis method,which are project investment return rate,ownership structure of project company,PPP project participation experience of social capital,government management level Completeness of supervision system and rationality of project operation mechanism.By analyzing the different matching methods of six factor variables,the improvement of PPP project operation performance is obtained.This paper summarizes five configuration paths.Among them,high operation performance has the highest requirements for the rationality of project investment return and project operation mechanism,and the lowest requirements for the participation experience of social capital in PPP projects.Further combine the path with the existing operation performance management mechanism to obtain the optimization mode of the management mechanism,so as to provide an effective reference for the promotion of PPP projects and further meet social needs.
