Nowadays,China’s logistics enterprises are experiencing an important period of opportunity.The market environment is highly competitive.How to stand,develop and grow in the competition is testing their own core competitiveness.To establish core competitiveness,we need to start from the actual situation of the enterprise,combined with the market environment and enterprise vision,so as to form an enterprise competitive strategy based on the overall situation.The enterprise competitive strategy determines the development path of the enterprise,and finally reflects the correctness of the competitive strategy through the enterprise performance.In order to test the effectiveness of competitive strategy,it is necessary to establish a strategy based performance evaluation system.At the same time,the performance evaluation system can also provide a specific implementation path for the blueprint of enterprise competitive strategy and deepen the competitive strategy.With the advent of the information age,the online shopping industry continues to develop.The logistics industry carrying the business relationship seems to become the third source of interest for economic development.The high-speed development of China’s logistics industry also faces the problem of low value and homogeneity.SF Holding is a representative enterprise implementing differentiated competition strategy in China’s logistics industry.Through differentiated positioning and differentiated development,SF Holding effectively occupies market share.For other enterprises,the development path of SF Holding is worthy of learning and reference.For SF Holding itself,a scientific and effective understanding of its business performance,existing deficiencies and improvement strategies is conducive to optimizing its services and enhancing its competitiveness.The question studied in this paper is: how does SF Holding implement the differentiated competition strategy? What is the performance of SF Holding in implementing the differentiated competitive strategy? In view of these two problems,this paper makes a detailed study on SF Holding’s implementation of differentiation strategy.With the help of the balanced scorecard,this paper establishes an enterprise evaluation system on the performance of competitive strategy,gives consideration to both quantitative and qualitative,analyzes and discusses the role and shortcomings of differentiation strategy to SF Holding,and how to maintain the advantages of differentiated competitive strategy in the future.Combined with the market environment,this paper discusses the specific measures of SF Holding on how to implement the differentiation strategy.Based on the decomposition of the strategic objectives of SF Holding,this paper constructs a competitive strategy performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard,and obtains the performance score of the enterprise development strategy and suggestions for improvement.It aims to enhance the market competitiveness of SF Holding,consolidate its market position and successfully achieve its strategic objectives.At the same time,when constructing the performance evaluation index system of SF Holding,the paper also integrates the characteristics of the logistics industry,hoping to have a certain reference significance for other relevant logistics enterprises to build a scientific performance evaluation system.
