| Multi variety and small batch production has become one of the main production methods in manufacturing enterprises today.Compared with mass production,the preparation of production plans for multiple varieties and small batches is complex and difficult,making it difficult to achieve automation,which seriously restricts the improvement of production capacity efficiency in manufacturing enterprises.This thesis takes the W aviation manufacturing enterprise,which produces multiple varieties and small batches,as the research object.Through detailed and specific data comparison and analysis of the operation of the production planning system,the deep-seated reasons for the low on-time completion rate of the production plan are identified,and the problems and deficiencies in production plan formulation and control,production organization and scheduling mode are explored,Based on the research of modern production planning theory,propose targeted improvement strategies to solve the problems and difficulties faced by W company’s current production planning system,and achieve innovation and breakthroughs in production plan management and job shop scheduling control for the enterprise.This article mainly studies the following content:(1)Analysis of the production characteristics and planning system framework of company W.Provide a systematic and comprehensive introduction to the basic overview,production characteristics,and product structure of the enterprise.At the same time,provide a brief overview of the three-level planning system framework from order to delivery and the planning process of the enterprise.(2)Analysis of the current status and existing problems of W company’s production plan.Conduct a deep analysis of the current production plan and scheduling status of the company,identify the main factors that constrain the low execution rate of W company’s production plan,identify the root cause of the problem,and explain the necessity of optimizing production plans through data analysis.(3)Implementation of W company’s production plan and scheduling optimization plan.Build specific optimization strategies from master production schedule,material demand plan,job shop scheduling,material purchase and safety stock,and organize the implementation.Mainly through the introduction of lean theories such as rolling planning method,material requirements planning theory(MRP),improved genetic algorithm,material ABC classification method,and smoothing index method,strategic optimization of production planning and scheduling is carried out to enhance the scientific nature of the production planning system,thereby shortening the overall processing cycle and improving overall production efficiency.(4)Analysis of the production plan and scheduling optimization effect of W company.On the basis of implementing the production plan and workshop scheduling plan,a flexible production plan management and scheduling model with multiple varieties and small batches that is suitable for the production characteristics of W enterprise has been successfully established.By analyzing the economic benefits and output efficiency after the implementation of the plan,production effect evaluation is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the optimization and improvement strategy implementation. |
