A Study On The Value Assessment Of Biomedical Enterprises In The SSE STAR MARKET Based On BP Neural Network Model

Biopharmaceutical companies have been growing rapidly under the new crown epidemic and will continue to do so for some time to come.Among them,SSE STAR MARKET biopharmaceutical companies bear the brunt,and with their scientific innovation,intellectual property rights and core technologies,they rapidly occupy their product supply chain,gain huge excess profits and are favored by investors.It is particularly important to use the limited data of biopharmaceutical companies on SSE STAR MARKET to evaluate their enterprise value more accurately and effectively,and thus provide a reference for investors and regulators.This paper assesses the enterprise value of biopharmaceutical companies on the SSE STAR MARKET Board as a research object.By combing through the existing relevant literature and combining it with the research topic of this paper,this paper first defines the concepts related to biopharmaceutical enterprises on the SSE STAR MARKET board and lists some theoretical foundations as the reference basis for this research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current valuation status,various valuation methods and valuation difficulties of biopharmaceutical enterprises in SSE STAR MARKET,the applicability of using BP neural network model for valuation of biopharmaceutical enterprises in SSE STAR MARKET is derived.Then the basics of the model are introduced,according to which a detailed value assessment index system is set and introduced,78 of the biopharmaceutical enterprises listed on the SSE STAR MARKET Board before December31,2021 are selected as samples,their financial data and market data since their listing are collected according to the index system,a BP neural network model is constructed using MATLAB 2020 b software,and the sample data are used to The model is trained,tested and validated.Finally,the model was used to estimate the value of Oriental bio-enterprises and compare it with their market capitalization to draw more reasonable conclusions,which also verified the reasonableness of the model for evaluating the value of biopharmaceutical enterprises on the SSE STAR MARKET.The findings of this paper include:(1)a BP neural network model and related index system(including operating profit margin,return on assets,net profit,accounts receivable turnover,inventory turnover,fixed asset turnover,total asset size,intangible assets,intangible asset ratio,a total of 20 financial index numbers and 7 non-financial indexes such as enterprise age,equity concentration and Wind ESG score)are constructed.estimate the current enterprise value,which has certain reference value.This paper constructs a BP neural network model to estimate the value of biopharmaceutical enterprises on the board in a reasonable way,which is of great significance to investors and regulators.(2)The BP neural network model utilized in this paper is reasonable in evaluating the value of biopharmaceutical enterprises on the board.Many existing methods for assessing the value of biopharmaceutical enterprises on the SSE STAR MARKET board have complicated operational processes or limitations such as increasing the difficulty of improvement.This paper uses the BP neural network model,constructs an evaluation index system,and gives the specific operational process in steps.Therefore,the model in this paper provides a practical solution to the value assessment of biopharmaceutical enterprises in SSE STAR MARKET.
