| Company Z is a test field for the reform of state-owned enterprises and a new product of the reform of the telecommunications industry.Company Z is a communication infrastructure construction enterprise under the direct management of the Central State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.It is mainly engaged in the construction,maintenance and operation of communication tower and other base station supporting facilities,high-speed rail and subway public network coverage,and large indoor distribution system.The purpose of Z Company’s establishment was to solve the serious problem of duplicate construction of China’s telecommunications infrastructure and promote the development of China’s telecommunications industry from a free competition to an intensive one.By studying the case of Z Company and proposing corresponding measures for the problems encountered in its development,it has certain supplementary significance for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.This thesis adopts the case study method to conduct in-depth research on Z Company.After eight years of development,the company’s business has expanded from the construction of communication infrastructure to the fields of high-altitude monitoring,energy storage and power reserve,and the company’s brand image has also expanded.Taking value co-creation as the starting point,this thesis expounds how Z Company realizes value co-creation with three basic telecommunications enterprises and partners,and creates value for the society and industry through value co-creation.The body of the case reviews the development process of Company Z according to the time clues,and expounds the key events such as business development,business bottleneck and business expansion in the development process of the company.The case analysis part mainly analyzes the driving factors,the main body,the processand the significance through Z Company;In the case solution part,through the value co creation theory,"Z Company’s shared business strategy of mining the remaining rental resources and developing value-added service" is proposed.The implementation path is divided into short-term,medium-term and long-term step-by-step implementation.The safeguard measures are specifically implemented from three aspects,namely,capability improvement,technology empowerment and mechanism innovation,providing a certain reference for Z Company’s management and operation. |
