| The development of sharing economy promotes the rise of knowledge sharing community, and also accompanies the growth of users.According to the data published by CNNIC in March2023,nearly 100,000 users participate in the sharing and acquisition of knowledge in online communities. The emergence of professional virtual community provides three conveniences for users to solve the problem of knowledge exchange: First,it solves the problem that users cannot interact with professional knowledge anytime and anywhere due to physical distance;Secondly,to build a corner for a group of partners with common interests to gather, exchange ideas and clash knowledge;Third,it provides a network space where people can freely absorb knowledge and learn and grow independently in their professional fields. The key point is whether users can get the solution to the puzzle when others constantly contribute new skills and input new knowledge to the community. In other words, the knowledge contribution behavior of users in professional virtual community determines whether the professional community can develop stably.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it is not difficult to find that researchers pay more attention to the factors that affect the knowledge contribution of users, but there are few researches on the factors that affect the user role transformation and the evolution path of user role in professional virtual communities from the perspective of user role.Through qualitative research, this thesis will deeply analyze the influencing factors of various types of users participating in knowledge contribution in professional virtual communities represented by CSDN,that is,study the driving force that pushes various types of users to become contributors. Then, from the perspective of user roles,it uses system dynamics method to sort out and demonstrate the evolution path of knowledge recipients’ roles in the process of knowledge contribution.First of all, this thesis systematically combs the literature on professional virtual community, user knowledge contribution and user role transformation, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research content of this thesis.Secondly,in combination with the social cognitive theory, this thesis divides the factors that affect users’ knowledge contribution into two categories through in-depth interviews: individual and environment. Then, from the perspective of user role transformation, user participation in knowledge contribution is regarded as the transition from knowledge recipient to knowledge contributor. With the support of knowledge transmission theory, this thesis discusses the evolution process of user role with the goal of stimulating more knowledge contributors, and analyzes the influence of internal and external factors through system dynamics model simulation.Investigate the dynamic changes of different roles after users participate in virtual community from the time dimension. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The internal and external factors that affect users’ participation in professional virtual communities mainly include outcome expectation,self-efficacy,platform satisfaction and knowledge transmission rate;(2)The condition of knowledge transmission caused by user role change in professional virtual system is defined;(3)On the basis of maintaining the state of knowledge transmission, the internal logic of the evolution of user roles under the influence of four factors, such as outcome expectation, selfefficacy, platform satisfaction and knowledge transmission rate,is analyzed by means of simulation. |
