Along with the development of Internet technology,Internet has been penetrating into social and economic levels extensively, people are increasingly dependent on Internet communication, leading to the rapid development of virtual community and virtual community’s enormous opportunities of development and broad market space for the enterprise.Virtual community knowledge sharing is one of the key elements of virtual community development. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the willingness of knowledge sharing in virtual communities.Based on the related research of virtual community knowledge sharing, integrating with the literature analysis, questionnaire survey, structural equation model analysis and other research methods, using personal-environment fit theory and self-determination theory, this paper studies on the influence factors and mechanism of knowledge sharing intention in virtual community.Chapter 1 explains the research background and significance, summarizes the current research status of knowledge sharing in virtual communities, introduces the research ideas and contents, and explains the research methods and innovation points.Chapter 2 elaborates relevant theories,Firstly defines the concept and characteristics of virtual community, next defines the concept of knowledge sharing in virtual communities, then summarizes the influence factors of knowledge sharing in virtual communities, and finally describes personal-environment fit theory and selfdetermination theory in brief.Chapter 3 makes assumptions based on personal-environment fit theory and selfdetermination theory, finally builds the will of knowledge sharing model for virtual community.Chapter 4 summarizes the design of investigation in theory, then investigates to get data, and finally tests the hypothesis proposed. Finally, the paper describes the research results and the existing problems, and prospects. The final results show that,in the virtual community, the personenvironment fit influences knowledge sharing intention with the medias of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. |
