Measurement Of Local Urbanization Level In Yanshi District Of Luoyang City And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

With the deepening of China’s urbanization construction,the new urbanization has become the key link of the current urbanization task.For large cities that have formed scale,we should focus on improving quality and efficiency and focus on high-quality development,while counties that have not experienced large-scale system construction in the past will become the focus of future construction.In 2022,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting Urbanization Construction with County seat as an Important Carrier,pointing out that county seat is the key support for the integrated development of urban and rural areas and is of great significance to the promotion of new urbanization and the construction of a new relationship between industry and agriculture between urban and rural areas.Promoting a new type of urbanization is an important part of realizing socialist modernization.By studying the research results of relevant scholars on local urbanization,focusing on the relatively unique industrial economic structure and development mode in the county,this paper summarizes the development status and development mode of Yanshi District in Luoyang City.This paper focuses on the local urbanization level in Yanshi District,establishes the first-level index layer and 10 secondary index level through four dimensions of economic development,population structure,public service and ecological environment,forming an evaluation system with 27 three-level indexes,measures the development level of local urbanization in Yanshi area by entropy method,reveals the internal mechanism of local urbanization in Yanshi District,and then analyzes the influencing factors by OLS regression analysis.Through research,it is found that:(1)Yanshi District of Luoyang city is currently in the stage of high-level development of local urbanization at the county level.(2)From2012 to 2021,the level of local urbanization in Yanshi District decreased in 2013,and the average annual growth rate was high.(3)The improvement of economic development,population structure,public service and ecological environment in Yanshi District of Luoyang City is basically synchronized with the improvement of the overall urbanization level.(4)The level of economic development has the greatest impact on county local urbanization,followed by population structure,public service,and finally,the ecological environment.Starting from the construction goal of new urbanization,the following suggestions are put forward for county local urbanization:(1)the development focus on improving quality and increasing efficiency,adhere to the priority of industrial development;(2)to promote the transfer of population between urban and rural areas through industrial development and farmers’ employment transfer;(3)improve the public service capacity,the support focus to infrastructure,public transportation,social security,science,education,culture and health;(4)unswervingly promote the environmental governance action and green and low-carbon development model.
