| The private economy is an intrinsic element of China’s economic system.In terms of promoting technological innovation,expanding employment opportunities and accelerating economic construction,the private economy is increasingly exerting its market vitality,developing steadily and becoming increasingly important.However,the development of China’s private enterprises is also faced with many severe challenges,such as rising operating costs in financing,manpower and other aspects.In particular,private food manufacturing enterprises are also faced with multiple tests,such as environmental supervision,food safety management policy pressure.How to get out of the dilemma while giving full play to scientific and technological innovation and cost reduction is more about tapping internal growth factors and tapping internal human resource potential,which is an effective means of enterprise management for Chinese private enterprises at present,and the performance appraisal of human resource management is also paid more and more attention by enterprise managers.Therefore,a scientific and sound performance appraisal scheme can promote employees to establish a positive working attitude and measure whether the management system of an enterprise is perfect,which plays a pivotal role in the development of an enterprise.The research object of this paper is the performance appraisal of all staff in XML Company.Firstly,by combing and analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad,we can understand the current research situation of performance appraisal of private manufacturing enterprises,draw advantages from it and find shortcomings.Secondly,the concepts and theories related to performance appraisal are collected and sorted out to determine the theoretical basis for this study.Then,using the method of questionnaire survey to XML company staff performance appraisal status investigation.The questionnaire mainly focuses on four aspects: the investigation on the cognition degree of performance appraisal,the investigation on the setting of performance appraisal indicators,the investigation on the implementation of performance appraisal and the investigation on the application of performance appraisal results.Through an in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal of all employees in XML Company,the main problems and causes are found to be:low cognition level of managers on performance appraisal,unscientific setting of performance appraisal indicators,imperfect performance appraisal feedback system and inadequate use of performance appraisal results.Then,according to the analysis of the causes of the problems,with the help of professional tools,using the key performance indicators method to put forward a series of XML company staff performance appraisal optimization scheme.This paper fully explores the problems in the performance appraisal of XML companies,and puts forward feasible optimization schemes,which can lay a foundation for the rapid development of XML companies in human resource management,and at the same time provide a certain reference for other private food manufacturing enterprises of the same type. |
