This paper explains the Guangxi forestry economic development, various local forest economic review of the development status, and using principal component analysis method area of 10 prefecture level city under forest economic development as the research target in Guangxi,research in all areas of forest economic comprehensive benefit index and through the forest economy complex to degree of forest economic development evaluation and puts forward some countermeasures. The results show that:(1) Concluded, forest region of economy industry model mainly forest ecological-economic-tourism model in Guangxi, model of forest -bird, forest-pattern, forest industry model, forest-medicine model, forest -flower and the other types.what development about the "forest based, multi management" policy for the development of forestry economy, maintain the ecological have environment in harmony, the efficiency have forestry, increasing the income of the farmers, increasing the comprehensive benefit of the forest.(2) by the method,it has principal component analysis, be selected 27 evaluation indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation system,what economic benefit of forest in Guangxi, that each index can be divided into 4 principal component analysis, before the 4 characteristic value of Guangxi forest economy cumulative contribution rate reached 88.353% in Guangxi forest economy,the economy of rural residents have first industry in GDP Guangxi, forest net income index of Guangxi forest can reflect the integrity of the evaluation system, the maximum weight is 40.12%; principal component 2 in Guangxi forest economy folk tourism total income X9, Guangxi forest economic folk custom tourism reception people X13, Guangxi forest economy of ethnic tourism practitioners, with intuitive X14 the effect of compound economic system of local farmers, its weight is 28.03%.
