With the progress of social technology and the continuous narrowing of the profit space of banks,banks are also eager to transform,looking for new profit points.With the rapid development of the society,the state has become more and more aware of the small and micro-enterprises to economic stability and development of the irreplaceable backbone.Small and micro enterprises have become an important part of the domestic market,in recent years,the development is very rapid,but small and micro enterprises due to their own conditions,will encounter capital problems,so the financing needs of small and micro enterprises is also very large gap.The state’s attention to small and micro-enterprises and the strength of policy support for banks to find new business opportunities,which will become a very important source of bank income in the future.Therefore,as a commercial bank,how to popularize micro-credit in a larger scale not only makes micro-enterprises get better development of capital,but also relates to c bank’s own development and operating efficiency.In this paper,the research on marketing problems and strategies of small and micro loan business of C Bank R Branch is divided into six chapters.Through literature review and field research,THE use of PEST,marketing mix(7Ps)and other theories of C Bank R Branch,a comprehensive analysis of the current business marketing problems and marketing strategies of small and micro loans C Bank R branch,put forward the main problems in the implementation process of business marketing.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,after comprehensive analysis and judgment,the corresponding marketing strategy suggestions are put forward from seven aspects,including small and micro loan products,price,marketing channels and promotion strategies,people,tangible display and process.Six guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy in terms of team building,system and culture construction,continuous innovation of diversified loan varieties,improvement of examination system construction and approval mechanism,and multi-channel joint marketing.Improve the marketing level of small and micro loan business of C Bank R Branch,so that it can win more shares in the fierce market competition.At the same time,the suggestions on the marketing strategies of small and micro loans of C Bank R Branch are used as a reference for other commercial banks to develop small and micro enterprise loans. |
