With the sustained and healthy development of China’s market economy, consumer demand is constantly upgrading, and the requirements for high-quality food are also gradually increasing. At present,China’s food processing industry is still facing the situation that the product processing level is not deep and the enterprises are small and scattered. It is urgent to transform and upgrade.Strategic alliances can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises achieve their strategic objectives by realizing resource complementarity, risk sharing, organizational learning and other ways. Many food processing enterprises actively cooperate in new product research and development, downstream market development and other aspects, hoping to optimize their business conditions through strategic alliances.Studying the economic effect of enterprise strategic alliance from the perspective of internal value chain can help enterprises better understand the realization of their strategic alliance objectives,so as to better carry out value chain management, improve the efficiency of value-added operations and reduce the internal costs of enterprises. After combing the literature through the literature research method, this paper takes Guolian Aquatic as the research object, uses the case analysis method, and analyzes the economic effect of its strategic alliance from the perspective of internal value chain. The thesis mainly focuses on the following aspects:(1)Review the relevant theories of strategic alliance, such as transaction cost theory,resource-based theory, organizational learning theory, social network theory, value chain theory, etc. This paper also combs the literature from four aspects: the meaning of strategic alliance, the economic effect of strategic alliance, the evaluation indicators of the economic effect of strategic alliance, and the research on the advantages of value chain management. So we can summarize the deficiencies of the current research and determine the research direction of this paper.(2)This paper introduces the industry and its own situation of Guolian Aquatic, and combs the strategic alliance motivation and specific situation of Guolian Aquatic.(3)This paper analyzes the economic effects of the Alliance of Fisheries after participating in the strategic alliance and the reasons for the economic effects of the strategic alliance from the four internal value chain links of procurement, production, sales and research and development. This paper found that in the procurement process, after the strategic alliance,Guolian Aquatic has a greater initiative in the transaction process with upstream suppliers. In the production process, the added value of Guolian Aquatic increased and the production cost decreased. In the sales link, the sales ability of Guolian Aquatic has been improved, the ability to collect funds has been improved, and the advantage of sales expenses has been weakened. In the research and development phase, the research and development achievements of Guolian Aquatic are remarkable. Finally, for the strategic alliances between enterprises, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly, strategic alliances should have a clear strategic alliance goal.Secondly, strategic alliances should find suitable strategic alliance partners.Thirdly, strategic alliances should strengthen the communication and cooperation of strategic alliance partners. It is hoped that the above analysis of economic effects of strategic alliances can provide theoretical and practical reference for future strategic alliances of enterprises.
