Under the changing external environment,the difficulty of challenges facing the organization and the diversified needs of employees have continued to increase,which makes the leaders and employees of enterprises aware of the importance of flexibly responding to and adapting to the external environment.In this era,how to guide and stimulate employees’ innovative performance is the focus of attention in the current organizational management and research,and the key to promoting the growth and development of organizational management.In the past,researchers have verified the important role of leaders in improving employees’ innovation performance.In view of the conceptual connotation and dimension characteristics of platform leaders,combined with dynamic external environment changes into the background,this article intends to explore the behavioral characteristics of platform leadership and their impact on employees’ innovative performance.Based on the theory of social exchange,this study aims to explore the impact mechanism of platform leadership on employee innovation performance from the perspective of platform leadership,which can not only enrich the research on platform leadership,but also put forward reasonable management enlightenment for organizations to improve employee innovation performance in practice.Based on the theory of social exchange,this article is based on the understanding of platform leadership concepts and dimensions.From how the current organization effectively stimulates the actual problems of employees‘innovative performance,it will explore the influence mechanism of platform leadership on employees’ innovation performance.Platform leadership attach importance to the dimensions of their growth and development of their subordinates to help improve the innovative performance of subordinates in their work.Subordinates will also actively real estate performance due to the attention of leaders.Therefore,this study can not only enrich the relevant research of platform leadership,but also open a new angle for the organization how to improve employees’ innovative performance.In order to further explore the behavioral characteristics of platform leadership and employees to grow together,build,and optimize the business platform,as well as the dimension characteristics of the growth space of subordinates in the form of change planning.This article studies the intermediary variables of employee knowledge sharing in the relationship between platform leaders and employees’ innovative performance,and study the relationship between the three in order to better summarize the mechanism of the platform leadership and open the platform leadership Black box on the process of impacting employees’ innovation performance.Because the platform leader’s tolerance of subordinates and their personality charm will be pulled into the relationship with their subordinates,it can make subordinates feel the support of leaders in their work.Therefore,in the path of platform leadership on employees’ innovative performance,this article introduces the regulatory variables in charge of support.It aims to discuss what a boundary effect of the supervisor’s support is under the role of the intermediary of knowledge sharing.This article first elaborates the research background and significance,research content,research methods,research and design,etc.Then,the theoretical basis and the relevant documents of the research variables were sorted and evaluated,and the current research status and existing problems were analyzed.Next,based on the theory of social exchange,the theoretical models and research assumptions of this article were established.The questionnaire survey method was collected and studied data.The statistical analysis software(SPSS、AMOS)verified the positive impact of platform leaders on employees’ innovative performance.Finally,based on the previous theoretical analysis and empirical inspection,the research conclusions of this article were summarized and proposed management suggestions conducive to organizational development.At the same time,it also refined the limitations of this study and the prospect of future research.In general,in order to further respond to scholars’ research on the role of platform leadership in employee performance and organizational performance,this study mainly discusses the impact of platform leadership on employee innovation performance;At the same time,it further analyzes the relationship between platform leadership,employees’ willingness to share knowledge and employees’ innovation performance,and introduces the sense of supervisor support as a moderator to study the boundary effect it produces in the impact path,providing effective reference and reference for enterprise employee management and sustainable development.
