| Chinese medicine industry is an important pillar of China’s national economy and an important industry related to the people’s livelihood.The Party and the government attach great importance to the cause of herbal medicine and have issued many relevant documents emphasizing the important role of the development of the herbal medicine industry.Henan Province is the largest herbal medicine cultivation province in China,and Yuzhou City is one of the four major medicine capitals in China,with a long history of herbal medicine cultivation and concoction process,and rich herbal medicine resources.This project attempts to focus on various aspects of the herbal industry in Yuzhou City,looking at the whole chain system of the industry,to identify the factors affecting the development of the herbal industry in Yuzhou City,and to find a breakthrough in the upgrading of the herbal industry in Yuzhou City.Through field research,questionnaires and factor analysis were used to analyze the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou.The paper firstly elaborates and defines the concepts related to the herbal medicine industry.Guided by the field research and theoretical knowledge,the paper analyzes the potential and dynamics of the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou City in the context of the current situation of the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou City in terms of regional distribution,cultivation varieties,cultivation scale,processing and marketing,and organization mode,and recognizes the advantages and The problems include the small scale of planting herbs of quality dominant species,the low degree of standardized production,the insufficient capacity of primary processing,the weakness of leading enterprises,and the unsoundness of marketing channels,etc.,which pave the way for the factor analysis below.The sixteen indicators,including the degree of standardized production,the number of processing enterprises,the level of technology and equipment,and the industrial development policies,were selected from the production level,processing level,sales level,and industrial development level to analyze the factors influencing the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou City,and then factor analysis was used to The relevant data obtained from the questionnaire survey were then subjected to dimensionality reduction and quantitative analysis,and five main factors were found to influence the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou,namely,the science and technology factor,the government policy factor,the market factor,the production factor factor,and the organization factor.These factors influence the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou and are important for the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou,and countermeasures for the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou need to be proposed from these factors.Based on the above findings,corresponding countermeasures are proposed: improving scientific and technological capabilities,increasing government support,improving the marketing system,optimizing the planting base,and forming a processing enterprise alliance,etc.It is hoped that these countermeasure suggestions will further clarify the direction for the development of the herbal medicine industry in Yuzhou City. |
