According to the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"focus on improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain",this paper aims to integrate and share financial and business information with various departments through the supplier profiling method,hoping to reduce procurement costs,rationally allocate funds,and maintain close contact with key suppliers to improve the security level of the supply chain.Under the supplier portrait method,the supplier is managed hierarchically,and the financial department can cooperate with the business department and the marketing department to put forward reasonable suggestions on commodity procurement and event planning from a financial perspective to improve the company’s operating income.For traditional department store retail enterprises,their financial system and business system are not associated with information in the enterprise system,and there is a problem that the information exchange between the financial department and the business department and the marketing department is not smooth and incomplete,which usually leads to the company’s distribution suppliers and their brands not having a clearer financial relationship.The supplier portrait method can integrate the supplier information in the company’s financial system with the brand information in the business system to achieve visual comparison to highlight the shortcomings or long boards of a supplier or brand,so the supplier’s financial information can be refined to the brand,and can provide warnings for the procurement planning and marketing planning of the next cycle of business departments and marketing departments,in order to expect the best sales and profit plan.Based on the existing information technology of department store retail enterprises,the supplier portrait is mainly applicable to the financial information and non-financial information of the financial system and business system in the enterprise,and draws the supplier portrait after digitizing each information,and analyzes the situation of the supplier and its brand in terms of freight capacity,credit ability and profitability.When the company’s various systems do not have a complete data analysis system,the financial department can only provide limited financial support to other departments,and cannot put forward targeted financial opinions according to the characteristics of each department,for example,the marketing planning activities of the marketing department currently mainly rely on personal experience,and the subjectivity is strong.This paper uses the case analysis method to take listed companies in the department store retail industry as an example,and conducts subjective and objective analysis from the analytic hierarchy method and entropy method through supplier portraits.Although in the era of big data,information collection is more complete and information processing efficiency is high,but unlike new technology enterprises,most of the department store retail industry is traditional enterprises,lagging behind in system configuration,and information technology updates are relatively slow.Domestic portrait was first drawn by e-commerce for the analysis of consumer behavior and user portrait,because the network platform scattered information can be obtained through the relevant mining technology,so e-commerce to consumer portrait to traditional department store retail enterprises to consumer portrait,for traditional department store retail enterprises,supply chain stability is the key to the sustainable operation of enterprises,in order to rationally allocate funds,maintain close contact with key suppliers,maintain supply chain stability,through supplier portraits scattered in various systems of supplier information integration,Since the end consumer is exposed to the brand rather than the supplier,the supplier portrait will be refined to each brand of the supplier,and the supplier will be evaluated based on the brand characteristics.In the hierarchical management of suppliers,different capital allocation and attention to closely related solutions are selected according to different priorities to stabilize the supply chain and improve the security level of the supply chain.Supplier portrait is a new management model for traditional department store retail enterprises,with the support of financial system and business system,the suppliers are sorted and graded,highlighting key suppliers and last-level suppliers,and the capital and attention are first applied to key suppliers to stabilize the supply chain,and for last-level suppliers,combined with brand analysis to decide whether it is necessary to abandon inferior brands and introduce new brands and suppliers.In the supplier portrait method,supplier and brand information can be shared,which is conducive to the cooperation of various departments,enterprises and suppliers,and is conducive to maintaining supplier relationships and risk early warning,so as to improve the reliability and sustainability of the enterprise supply chain.
