| Since China’s economy has entered a new normal,regional innovation capacity has gradually become the core driver of regional economic growth.The innovation efficiency of a region determines its innovation ability and level,is the key to highquality regional economic development.Technology transfer,as an important way to spread and diffuse knowledge between regions,has become an important means to fill the disparity in innovation resources between regions,promote regional economic growth and innovation capacity.In recent years,local governments have attached great importance to the important role of technology innovation and investment in innovation has been increasing.However,in terms of the current situation of regional innovation development in China,there are still problems such as the widening gap between different regions in terms of innovation conditions and innovation performance.Technology transfer,as an important way for knowledge dissemination and diffusion between regions(Pan Xiongfeng et al.,2017),is an important means to fill the disparity in innovation resources between regions,promote regional economic growth and innovation capacity,and narrow regional development differences,and presents both opportunities and challenges for regions.The collaborative development of regional innovation is facing difficulties.This paper followed the general idea of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,focused on inter-provincial technology transfer,taked 30 provinces in China as the research object,adapt the panel data of each province from 2010 to 2019,measured the technology transfer of each provincial region by the amount of technology market turnover contracts,and divided it into two parts: the turnover of technology export contracts and the turnover of technology absorption contracts as research data,and studied the influence mechanism of technology transfer on regional innovation efficiency from the dual perspectives of technology output and technology absorption.The research idea is as follows:(1)Based on relevant theories,the theoretical impact mechanism of technology transfer on innovation efficiency was explored through literature review.(2)Through comparative analysis,the differences in technology transfer development among Chinese provinces were analyzed in the form of spatial maps.Then introduced the super-efficiency DEA model to measure the innovation efficiency value and analyzed the problems on the measurement results.(3)Based on the analysis results,the Spatial Durbin model and the MATLAB software was used to empirically analyze the effects of technology output and technology absorption on innovation efficiency at the national level and the four regional levels.(4)Based on the above findings,reasonable suggestions are made for different regions to scientifically guide technology transfer to enhance innovation efficiency. |
