In recent years,with the deepening of international economic integration,under the advancement of national initiative such as the "Belt and Road",my country’s foreign trade has ushered in a long-term long-term.In 2020,even if facing the complex and severe international economic situation such as the outbreak of the new crown epidemic and the downturn of the world economy,the total import and export trade in my country still refreshed a new height of history.The good trend of the development of foreign trade provides a huge market and a huge market and international business for the development of my country’s commercial banks.opportunity.Since the establishment of the Bank of S branch,its business scale has gone through the process of rapid growth,flatness,and decline.At present,there are still large settlement volume but low income,relatively small business varieties,and business innovation.,Urgently need to optimize the current international marketing strategy,reduce the gap with the international business of commercial banks in order to better promote the development of international business and increase the proportion of its international business in the local market.This article takes the current new global economic situation as the background,and selects a commercial bank of S branches as research objects.First,it introduces the international business concept,characteristics,and marketing strategy theoretical foundation PEST,SWOT,and 4PS analysis methods.Then analyze the marketing environment facing the international business of the S branch,and then conduct SWOT analysis in conjunction with its marketing environment,and obtain the analysis matrix,and formulate the international business marketing strategy of the Bank of Communications from the four aspects of products,prices,channels,and promotions.Essence Finally,specific guarantee measures are proposed from three aspects: talent guarantee,risk protection and assess guarantee,so that the bank can better meet the needs of the development of the situation,effectively improve profitability,and gradually improve the Bank of S branch in the local international business market The status has promoted the transformation of the operation of the Bank S branch.On this basis,you can also provide some reference and reference for other commercial banks in the selection and formulation of marketing strategies.
