In recent years,China’s auto industry has entered an era of slight or even negative growth,shifting from an incremental market to a stock market.Competition has become extremely fierce and car dealers of all brands are facing unprecedented challenges.In an external environment full of uncertainties,in order to survive and thrive in the complex and changing market environment,it is necessary for the company to start from within,set clear strategic development goals from the company’s long-term business philosophy,and match a perfect and scientific employee performance management system,in order to maximize the potential and vitality of employees,improve the company’s overall management capability and market competitiveness,and ultimately achieve long-term and valuable development.In the end,the long-term and valuable development of the company will be achieved.This thesis takes the employee performance management system of Gansu Changfei Automobile Company Limited as the research topic.Firstly,the theoretical literature related to performance management is reviewed to establish the theoretical basis of the thesis.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current situation of employee performance management in Gansu Changfei Automobile Co.Third,the company’s employee performance management system was systematically optimized in terms of performance planning,performance execution,performance communication and feedback,and application of performance results.In terms of performance planning,we made full use of more mature and efficient management tools such as the balanced scorecard,broke down the company’s strategy into the financial segment,customer segment,internal process segment and learning and growth segment according to the SMART principle,and established a library of key performance indicators for the company according to the characteristics of each segment.In terms of performance implementation,the collection of performance information and performance support were optimized;in terms of performance evaluation,the specific contents of performance evaluation subjects,criteria and grading were optimized;in terms of performance feedback,employee performance feedback interviews and appeal mechanisms were optimized;and in terms of performance result application,employee remuneration,career development and training and development mechanisms were optimized.Finally,the company’s cultural construction,organizational adjustment,system improvement and information technology have been developed to ensure that the performance management optimization of the company’s employees can be implemented smoothly and achieve the expected good results.The purpose of this thesis is to solve the problems of the existing employee performance management system through a comprehensive and systematic optimization of the company’s employee performance management system,to improve the systemic,comprehensive and scientific nature of the employee performance management system of Gansu Changfei Automobile Company Limited,and ultimately to improve the management level of the company,to help the development of employees,to improve employee performance,and to enable the company to have sustainable and stable viability and competitiveness in the automotive industry.At the same time,it can also provide a certain reference value for other enterprises in similar situations as the company in the construction of performance management system.
