| With the continuous development of Internet technology,more and more people prefer shopping online.In this context,the attractiveness of traditional retail enterprises to consumers is gradually becoming lower and lower.If retail enterprises want to develop,they must change their profit model in order to enhance their core competitiveness.Based on the theory of value creation and core competitiveness,this thesis reviews the relevant literature and studies Jiayue’s profit model by utilizing four methods: literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and factor analysis.Firstly,it summarizes the company situation of Jiayue,and then summarizes the evolution of Jiayue’s profit model.On this basis,this paper studies the constituent elements of Jiayue’s profit model,and finally analyzes the motivation of the evolution of Jiayue’s profit model.Based on the annual report data of Jiayue and the average financial data of 10 listed retail enterprises,this thesis compares the financial data of Jiayue vertically and horizontally,and studies the financial effect of Jiayue by using factor analysis method,so as to reveal the problems existing in the evolution of Jiayue’s profit model,such as debt risk,rapid store expansion and difficult operation of self-built platform.According to the above problems,corresponding suggestions are given.And the preliminary conclusions on the evolution of profit model and financial effect are drawn:(1)the evolution of profit model can help Jiayue increase its core competitiveness to a certain extent;(2)The evolution of profit model has promoted the financial effect of Jiayue in the industry;(3)Jiayue should pay attention to the control of funds and risks in the process of the evolution of profit model.While trying to summarize the advantages of the existing profit model,it also need to optimize the deficiencies of its operation and management and profit model,eliminate risks for the subsequent further development of enterprises,and give some enlightenment.to other retail enterprises which also face the problem of transformation. |
