| In recent years,the concept of "Meta Universe" becomes more and more popular.As an important branch of Meta Universe industry,AR/VR industry is likely to replace mobile devices as the next generation of computing platform.As the high technology that emphasizes the overlap or reconstruction of the virtual digital world and the real world,talents,performance and cohesion is what it need indeed.Therefore,more and more related enterprises choose to take equity incentive as an incentive method to develop better in this highly competitive environment.Firstly,thesis provides a brief overview of background and relevant research theories at home and abroad.Secondly,thesis introduces the relevant models,basic theory,and performance evaluation methods of equity incentive project in detail.Then summarizes the characteristics and elements of the equity incentive plan of the whole industry,and analyzes the implementation effect of plans which drafted by sample companies from financial perspectives.Then,after summarizing three equity incentive plans and six employee stock ownership plans implemented by Goertek Co.,Ltd.,thesis analyzes the performance of plans from profitability,growth ability,and debt paying ability.Also analyzes short-term wealth effect of plan by using the short-term event research method.Finally,based on the research results above,thesis finds that equity incentive plans implemented by enterprises of AR/VR industry lack rationality and implementation environment.Therefore,thesis offers advises that design of the plan should combine the actual situation,set appropriate exercise conditions and adopt multiple types of incentive methods,meanwhile,the execution should start after optimizing of the internal governance structure of company,and perfecting of laws and regulations.So as to improve the effect of equity incentive plans,and provide valuable references for enterprises of AR/VR industry.The main contributions of thesis are as follows: Firstly,establish a simple evaluation system for equity incentive performance through financial indicator and short-term event research methods.Secondly,evaluate the implementation effectiveness of equity incentive plans for samples and case through the established evaluation system,thereby,reveal the effectiveness of equity incentive plans for the entire industry.Thirdly,summarize problems of equity incentive plans of entire industry through specific analysis of samples and Goertek Co.,Ltd.Then propose relevant opinions and suggestions,with a view to providing reference for AR/VR industry’s enterprises which intend to implement equity incentive plans. |
