Urban commercial banks(hereinafter referred to as urban commercial banks)play a positive role in providing financial services for local economy and residents,its grass-roots outlets occupy an indispensable position in the role positioning and functional role of regional small and medium-sized enterprises,urban aging services,and non-standardized business services.With the rapid development of Internet finance,the gradual advancement of the marketization process of interest rates,and the worsening of financial disconnects,the demand for financial consumer demand has shown a diverse trend,and some traditional management models and operating methods of the grass-roots outlets of urban commercial banks have received unprecedented impact and challenges.,Can no longer meet the needs of the new business environment.Therefore,it is necessary to adapt to the new development and development and accelerate the construction of the grass-roots outlets of the city commercial bank.This paper analyzes the transformation of grass-roots outlets based on the case of Branch A of S City Commercial Bank.First of all,based on the relevant research literature and the concept of network transformation proposed by IBM,the content of bank network transformation is divided into hardware transformation and software transformation.Hardware transformation mainly includes network layout and hardware facilities,and software transformation mainly includes human resources,customer management,product services,and operation management.Secondly,it elaborates the operation status of Sub-branch A in detail from both hardware and software aspects,and analyzes the existing problems at the above levels respectively,such as the urgent need to update hardware facilities,poor human resources management,poor customer management,inadequate product attractiveness,and incomplete operation management.Based on this,the necessity of network transformation is analyzed.Finally,PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and other tools are used to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of the network transformation,and the overall strategy and transformation objectives of the network transformation of A Branch are determined based on SWOT analysis.Furthermore,the specific strategy of branch A’s network transformation is proposed from two aspects of hardware transformation and software transformation,and the implementation guarantee is proposed from three aspects of technology,organization and culture.
