With the rapid development of China’s Internet industry,more and more local Internet companies have grown up.However,rapid development is accompanied by imperfections in system,process and management.The increasingly strict management standards for network security have put forward higher requirements for the internet enterprises.The audit accidents will have a serious impact on internet enterprise products.It is crucial to help companies find suitable auditor candidate through recruitment work.Is the key to supporting the long-term and stable development of enterprises.This paper takes the personnel in the audit positions of T Internet companies as the research object to solve the long-standing recruitment problem.Identify the root causes of recruitment issues in T company through analysis of recruitment data and recruitment process.Studied human resource recruitment theory and competency theory,and focused on analyzing the latest theoretical research and conclusions of competency models by domestic and foreign scholars.Summarize the construction methods and extraction processes of commonly used competency models.Based on the actual situation of T company’s audit positions,select the industry benchmark method,expert group method,and key behavior interview method to extract and determine the competency model for the audit positions.And based on the application of the job competency model in recruitment,optimize the recruitment plan,design and reconstruct the recruitment process,supporting interview evaluation tools,establish dynamic recruitment management mechanisms,and improve the recruitment process for T company’s audit positions as a whole.This study has important significance for T company,improving the recruitment efficiency of T company’s audit positions,clarifying the talent standards for audit positions,support T company’s long-term stable development.It also provides assistance for other internet companies to carry out job recruitment management work. |
