| Under the background of digitalization,the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises has achieved fruitful results.The widespread use of digital tools has generated a large amount of information and data in the daily operations of enterprises.These information and materials can be well deposited and passed down through knowledge management.Knowledge management can help enterprises to improve organizational performance,and then help enterprises to build their own core competitiveness.How to better drive the continuous transformation of enterprise knowledge and bring about a significant improvement in business management performance is one of the business goals of many enterprises.This paper will take the continuous transformation of knowledge as a research problem,start with the activity model of the value chain,gain insight into the S company’s continuous knowledge transformation mechanism,and then summarize the value chain composition of its knowledge transformation.This paper uses the case study method to study the process of continuous transformation of knowledge of S company,through the longitudinal study of the case to carry out research planning on the three stages of S company’s core business development,and to explore activity model of the value chain of S company’s continuous transformation of knowledge based on the perspective of activity system theory.With the help of the knowledge management digital platform,S company introduced the knowledge of business workflow into its management mechanism,and innovatively took digital activities,namely "calculation and statistics" as knowledge transformation activities.The value chain-based activity system effectively carries the continuous knowledge transformation process of S company.Through the research on the knowledge transformation process of S company,it can set a good example to other similar enterprises and provide a case reference for exploring the ways and methods of efficient knowledge transformation in enterprises. |
