Human resource is the first and most important resource.The basic requirement of enterprise talent efficiency management is to achieve the suitability of people and positions.Only by allowing the right people work in the right positions can maximumly stimulate everyone’s energy.With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of technology,the traditional business model and personnel management model can no longer meet the needs of the development of SNF Bank.How to make good use of human resources and the reasonable allocation of human resources are the core issues of human resource management for current enterprise.Good human resource allocation can help SNF Bank to realize the high-quality development.According to the available data,the number of employees recruited by SNF Bank each year is less than the number of natural retirements,and the total number of employees is constantly decreasing.However,the business still developed rapidly in recent years.After the organizational restructuring,the business functions of each department have also been split and merged to varying degrees,but the staffing of the basic branches of SNF Bank has not been changed much.This paper describes the current staffing of SNF Bank basic branches under the new organizational structure from the distribution of different human resources in different departments and positions,and finds the issues such as shortage number of staff,serious aging of personnel,mediocre personnel,unreasonable staff distribution among departments,unevenly distributed labor intensity,and lack of flexibility in the allocation of human resources.Finally,in the light of the actual situation of the basic branch,this paper studies the reasons of above issues from aspects of historical development and internal system,and propose the improvement suggestions in terms of the total quantity and quality of human resources,internal departmental staffing,job analysis and allocation,and dynamic adjustment of personnel.
