Research On The Centennial Evolution And Basic Experience Of The Ownership Theory Of The CPC

The research theme of this paper is the centennial evolution and basic experience of the ownership theory of the CPC.By analyzing the formation basis of the ownership theory of the CPC,combing the historical context of the evolution of the ownership theory,we can analyze the internal logical relationship of the ownership theory,summarize the basic experience of the evolution of ownership,and put forward prospects for the innovation and development of the ownership theory in China in the future.Reality is a reflection of history.The ownership theory of the CPC has never been a water without a source or a tree without roots.Its formation has its own theoretical,practical,and practical foundations.First of all,the ownership theory of the CPC is derived from the relevant ideas of Marxism about the law of the movement of the contradiction between productive forces and production relations and the future communist economic system,which is the inheritance and development of the ownership theory of Marxism;Secondly,the socialist construction of the 20 th century Soviet Union and the exploration of the economic system and ownership structure provided experience and lessons for the formation of the ownership theory of the CPC.Thirdly,the transformation of China’s specific national conditions and historical tasks in different periods since the reform and opening up has provided a realistic basis for the development of the ownership theory of the CPC.Based on this,the CPC has continuously enriched and improved the ownership theory with the development of the times and the actual situation of the development of social productivity.At the same time,this paper also combs the historical evolution of the ownership theory of the CPC in stages since the founding of the CPC,analyzes the internal logical relationship of the ownership theory of the CPC,obtains some regular things,and tries to grasp the overall framework of the ownership theory of the Communist Party of China,so as to better understand and grasp its essence.Finally,it summarizes the five basic experiences of the evolution of the ownership theory of the CPC.First,adhere to the leadership of the CPC to solve the ownership problem.All achievements made in the evolution of the ownership theory in the course of a century are inseparable from the correct leadership of the CPC;The second is to adhere to the people as the center,which is the excellent quality of our party.To innovate and develop the theory of ownership,and promote China’s economic and social development,we must always adhere to the people as the center;The third is to adhere to the basic national conditions,so as to understand the main social contradictions,grasp the pulse of the times,and provide a basis for formulating various policies;Fourth,adhere to emancipating the mind and keeping pace with the times,and constantly promote the development of China’s ownership theory;The fifth is to adhere to the two fundamental principles of "unswerving",which must not only be consistently adhered to in the further adjustment and improvement of the ownership structure in the future,but also become a major principle that must be adhered to in the overall socio-economic development.Through the analysis and research in the previous text,Chapter 6 presents viewpoints on the innovative development and future prospects of the ownership theory of the Communist Party of China.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has continuously innovated and developed the theory of ownership,raised the basic socialist economic system to a theoretical and practical level,achieved new development in the theory of mixed ownership economy,attached great importance to capital issues,and focused on cracking financial risks.In the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we will continue to explore and improve the effective forms of socialist public ownership,continuously improve the market space and policy environment for the development of various types of ownership entities,explore property rights protection mechanisms for different types of ownership entities,and continuously innovate and develop ownership theories under new historical conditions.Finally,based on the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,significant issues that should be emphasized and addressed in order to continue promoting the ownership theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics under new historical conditions were proposed.
