In recent years,the policies of the pharmaceutical industry have been continuously updated,ranging from drug consistency evaluation,revision of the Drug Administration Law,centralized drug procurement,and medical insurance payment reform.At the same time,the change in the behavior of doctors and patients driven by the epidemic has also had a profound impact on the brand and circulation of pharmaceutical companies,and relevant departments are also accelerating the implementation of "Internet & medical health".It can be seen that the domestic medical and health industry is ushering in huge changes.SD Elite Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is a well-known pharmaceutical company in China and even in the country.The company is a new type of pharmaceutical service company that is led by technological innovation and integrates R&D,production,marketing and service.Since the company’s internal integration in 2012,annual sales have grown at an average annual rate of more than 24%.Today,when opportunities and challenges coexist,how can the company adapt to the changes in the pharmaceutical market,re-examine the market environment and consumer needs,have a keen insight into the changes in consumer demand and market environment,and optimize marketing strategies that meet the needs of the company’s target market.Continuously improving the core competitiveness and market competitiveness of SD Elite Medicine is a key strategic issue that company managers must pay attention to.This study takes SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company as the research goal,collects the existing literature theories and achievements,summarize the relevant research at home and abroad,make a research overview,and put forward the research problems in this paper,the current development status of SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company and the changes of my country’s market,etc.,to analyze the feasible marketing strategy optimization problem of SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company.Specifically,the first is to clarify the existing marketing status and marketing problems of SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company,and to clarify the company’s target market and market positioning through PEST and SWOT analysis.The second is to adjust and optimize the company’s existing marketing model,and propose a feasible marketing strategy and implementation guarantee plan that is in line with the development concept of SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company and is more suitable for the pharmaceutical market.The third is to guide SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company to better develop its business and enhance its brand image and market share through new optimized marketing strategies.At the same time,by proposing the basic framework of the OTC pharmaceutical marketing optimization strategy of SD Elite Pharmaceutical Company,it provides a valuable reference for other pharmaceutical companies to expand the OTC pharmaceutical market.
